Kris Is the worst employee and manager I’ve seen. Food missing out of my wings I order a 8 piece not a 6. That’s after telling me he sent my order with the order with delivery driver and had to remake it. Never ordering again

I ordered a pizza and, when I came to pick it up they told me they had canceled it just because they wanted to. They also said that they canceled it because they called me a bunch of times which is a lie. Then they said if I wanted another pizza then I would have to wait another 25 minutes.

My pizzas were destroyed and look like they had been dropped a few times. The crust was not hand tossed like I ordered. It was very thin and hard. There werent enough toppings on the pizza and barely any cheese.

The reason I have a 2 star rating is because I do like the food from Pizza Hut, but all that is coming to light about the GM disturbs me. Not only because when I was an ex shift manager and there were unprofessional, literally laws being broken inside the establishment, and I brought it up to corporate, I feel I was treated like a disgruntled employee, when all I was doing was taking pride in my job and trying to make the store a better place. They always take their general managers side on things, regardless if they are wrong or not. I think corporate should take their employees more seriously and stop treating them like they are just trying to retaliate, or take the GM’s position. Some workers you have had in the passed, really took pride in their job there. It’s too bad nothing was ever taken seriously, there were a lot of amazing employees you lost at the hands of bad general management. After hearing about all the drug usage in the bathroom at the establishment, I don’t want someone who is high or has drug residue on their hands, making my food for me or my family, so we won’t be ordering until you make changes. We have been ordering twice a week, I guess we’ll be going to lotsa motsa. You can make the establishment great again! But I would first start with all new employees. Ex shift manager here ✋? I’d help out if given the opportunity. You have people out there who could have this back to being a 5 star store!

Not only that he’s is a psychopath he is hiring women and man only if they do drugs with him or sleep with him! How dose that make you guys look not good at all!!
