Ordered from them twice online order came late both times even tried to blame it on the Dasher and the website never took responsibility and then sent me an email how they don’t appreciate me telling people this story. They’ve lost my business. plenty of pizza places in town.

It costs an extra 10 dollars to order delivery plus the 3 or 4 dollar door dash so an extra 14 dollars for delivery even tho I live half a mile away screw this it's getting so ridiculous I should be able to tip me driver without a bunch of extra

I've had good and bad experiences pretty equally but only receiving half my ordered via delivery really takes the cake. I had to deal with angry kids for 45 minutes before the rest of the order arrived and I live 3 minutes away!

Horrible service, food was cold, breadsticks were not cooked all the way and paid almost $6 for extra sauce that we didn't even get. I would not recommend them!

I know they have struggled with having a deliver driver or even enough employees at all, and when my order was nearing the delivery time I was worried it wasn’t coming at all. I received a phone call from the store letting me know it was in fact on the way. Mistakes are made, and people are human. But the fact that they at least called to apologize was a huge piece of customer service to me.

Place can't ever get it right... the order.Then you let them know the problem and they say can you come back. We just want what we pay for. Didn't even get a refund for what was missing ?

I absolutely love the big box deal, the taste of the deep pan pizza is amazing and my kids love the baked alfredo pasta. Our delivery guy was fast and friendly. It was so nice to get our pizza while it was still hot. Thank you for being amazing.
