Their food is amazing! My favorite is thr Navajo taco with all the trimmings, and a French fry (extra crunchy) and they always deliver amazing quality service.

Sandi's has been around for so long I can remember going there to get food years and years ago..I remember getting real foot long hot dogs..now I go for a Malibu chicken and some English chips..I highly recommend going for lunch or dinner...if your in Richfield don't pass up on some good, delicious food..

Recently we had an experience with Sandy's Drive-In in Richfield. Normally in our times of going there we've had a great experience, however we have never had an issue with our food. This time we did have an issue with our food. We got half of our and half of someone else's, Two out of nine items were correct. It was too late to reconcile the issue as they close at 8:00 p.m and we live 20 miles away. The next day I called and talked to a nice young lady who was aware of our situation as a customer before us had gotten part of our order. She said yes I understand please let me know what your order was and we'll make sure you get it free of charge. Which I thought was on par for a very good establishment. I told her the order she said yes come and pick it up. When I sent my friends to pick up the order they were given 10% off on three items and charged for the rest. Again it was too late to call anyone. So I called the next day and a nice gentleman talked to me and said we want to fix this for you we understand what happened, our owner is coming in in 20 minutes and will talk to you. I told the young man I would be away from the phone and wouldn't be able to talk right then but to give her my number and have her call me. She never did so we went twice to this establishment and were charged roughly $80.00. With the issue not being resolved and that's traveling 40 miles total for each trip! I called the third time being told that she (the owner) would talk to us. She never did. I gave her three days to respond to me with no response. Which is why now I've decided to respond to you the consumer. If I am to rate the service of this establishment, I would rate the service of the staff 4/5. However if I am to rate the owner of this establishment, I would rate it a one out of five and that is being generous as she never responded to me.
As a local guide if I am to honestly tell you should you go here or should you not, unfortunately my answer is to not.

5 BLTs and a yummy Santa Fe melt with fries and onion rings for a quick stop at lunch. Fast, simple, delicious. Charming diner like you remember as a kid, with prices very reasonable.

For a quick meal, I suggest McDonald's, where you can efficiently receive the right order and a satisfactory meal.

One of the locals said the fish was good so I tried the fish basket. Mostly dough with a sliver of fish in the middle of uncooked dough. Never order fish in Utah. Worst I have ever had! I even asked the counter if that was fish n chips! Said part is they said yes it was.
