This is the worst Chinese food ever. Anyone who gives this place 5 stars must not have taste buds. Not only is it bland and boring food but my entire family got sick. Stay away. Water tastes like they picked up off the floor first. They need to bring a Panda Express to Richfield. It would be 1000 times better than this place.

Egg drop soup is eggcellent đ. I wish the General Zao chicken had more spice but, I understand they probably have to tone it down for the locals lol. Good service and great people.

We there and service was not that great. No drink refills. The food was ok, and it seems to not be as good. Might be why on a Saturday it was not to crowded.

Great food, great service, just waaayyy too much zucchini in the cashew chicken. I like zucchini but it shouldn't make up 90% of the entree. It definitely needed more carrots and more cashews. We like all of the dishes we've ever ordered at South China. We will keep eating there and maybe all for less zucchini.

We stopped in here for dinner and it was a surprise. From the moment we walked in the door the staff was outstanding. Greeted quickly with a smile and a positive attitude, beverage order taken with a smile, server gave us just enough time to look over the menu but not so much we were looking for her, food was great and brought in the appropriate course order without rushing it all at once - but not having to wait on the next course. The amount of food was well worth the $$. There was a nice duo providing live music and the restaurant was absolutely spotless (on a Friday night during dinner hour). Overall an absolutely refreshing experience with a new to me restaurant. I go to the area yearly and will definitely stop back in on my next trip. Kudos for a job well done!!!
Kid-friendliness: The duo was singing âBrittanyâ happy birthday and she was loving it đ
Wheelchair accessibility: Open floor plan with tile floors for easy access to booths and tables.

No Asian has probably ever set foot in this restaurant. Food by Americans for Americans. You can taste that. Fried rice with ham?? Beef that tastes like squid? Hard noodles? Service and soup were good.

I hate to write this about a place that was once upon a time so great to eat at but I guess nothing great lasts forever. Food doesn't even deserve one star.

Wasn't amazing, but it wasn't absolutely terrible.
The water tasted like it came straight out of the sink.
I wanted to beef lo mein, but they gave me the chicken. The noodles were good, but the chicken not so much.
The fried rice had some kind of ham or something in it.
The breaded chicken for sweet and sour chicken tasted like eggs.
The wontons had pure cream cheese would have been better with a green onion of something mixed in there, I have definitely had better.
Chicken skewers had a clove taste to them but they were dry.
Spring rolls were good you can smell the ginger in them.
And they gave me the smallest salad ever. With ice burg lettuce two cherry tomatoes and 2 slices of cucumber.

Wife and I -attempted- to eat here recently, when we got there all the servers and cashier were huddled around a table on their phones talking to each other. Which, while a little unprofessional I totally get it, there was only one other customer dining in and they were probably bored. So we stand there for about 30 seconds while they finish their conversation and then one of the waiters gets up to bring us to a table. When we look at the menus he gave us they were grimy and had greasy finger prints and old food stuck to them. He promptly brought us our water while we were deciding what to order, then returned to sit with his co-workers across the dining room. And we never saw him again. Seriously, we sat there ready to order for a full 15 minutes before we got up and left to eat somewhere else. As for the 3 stars I'm giving the food, a few weeks later we decided to give it another try but order takeout and it was decent portions and not too terribly priced, however it was quite bland.

Leaving an honest review to save someone elseâs from coming through town the trouble. Food was absolutely horrible, tasted like it came out of a tv dinner box. I tried really hard to like it. We tried multiple dishes and they all had similar quality. The service wasnât bad but wasnât very accommodating either.
