They didn't have forks. And the didn't have mayo. Asked for double meat but didn't do that but said they did. Way to much for a wimpy salad

Sandwich was cut weirdly, the girl said that she couldn’t toast the sandwhich and asked if she could mark the outside of the sandwich’s so I know what sandwich is which and she didn’t she also rolled up the sandwhich and it was on flat bread and she also rolled up the wrapping for the sandwhich I’ve never seen someone do any of this

Stopped by to pick up sandwiches for our day trip up to Fish Lake and was not impressed. I placed an order online and the app said the order was ready. Pick up time was 3:50 and I went in at 3:54. They hadn’t started my order. When I told them I was there, two employees started making my sandwiches really quick. I assume because they were embarrassed. All of my sandwiches were horribly built and one was not even the correct meat. I won’t be stopping by this location for sandwiches anymore after this visit.

Absolutely terrible experience. The bread we got was harder than a cruton and it wasn't toasted. Had to repeat the orders multiple times. On one sandwich we said oregano and she put on ranch peppercorn.

Are there rules for your teenage staff when their friends visit? They could hardly focus on making a sandwich. Too busy talking to the friends at the tables than listening to my answers about what I want on a sandwich!

Stop at Subway for lunch

Ordered online got there when my sandwich was supposed to be done. My sandwich was not done and the workers were talking in the back. I had to wait 15 extra minutes for them to finish the sandwich with not a person in the store. All the worker had to say was “sorry about that wait” and went back in the back with the other workers bad customer service.

Brown lettuce, liquid tomatoes and a sloppy sandwich. Time for some new help.

Came in for a mama delucas pizza, saw them pull the bread out of the oven by grabbing the top of the bread with the oven mitt. The bread smelt really good, but I really don't want a pizza with dirt and dust from an oven glove all over it.When asked about it, they said they didn't have the right tool to do it, and continued to pull the bread out with the mitt. What's worse is they have a big metal spatula they could have used.

Staff was great. Always enjoy their sandwiches. Lower rate because bread was dry and tough, not the usual great sandwich....

We stopped by to get some food since we were in town for a funeral. It was around 7 o clock at night and there were 2 employees working and besides the lady infront of us who had already been helped there was no one there. We told the girl taking our order that we were still deciding and she stood at the counter waiting then proceeded to ask "Are you ready yet" when it had only been a minute at the most of us still looking at the menu. When we gave our order we had asked a question in regards to another item on the menu to which she completely ignored us. Very poor customer service and we were pretty disappointed with the treatment. Otherwise the food was great.

It was good my food was served to me in a timely manner. The food was good and healthy, and the servers were very nice with their conversation.
