I ordered a custom cake for my birthday when I went to go pick it up I was very disappointed with the quality of the cake the cake was full lobsided and uneven and it looks like they just slapped some frosting on it and threw on some sprinkles and it did not look at all what I ordered at least I was able to get a refund

I tried to order a birthday cake, besides it taking them all day to make it, they called me and said they couldn't make the cake I had ordered yesterday. The lady made me feel like my cake request was strange and never called to tell me it was done for pick up. When we got the cake it was delicious BUT it had hair in it! Very disgusting!
