I ordered 105 biggie bags with frostys for Grantsville High School Football team travel home meal. The manager went out of her way to help us out. The team, cheer and staff loved the frostys! When I picked up the order, everyone was so helpful and very kind. I would reccomend them to any traveling team!

I went through drive thru on August 12,2025,no cars in front of me,no cars behind me.I ordered 2 single burgers&1double with everything,not the meal,just the burgers It was $20.71,outrageous!! I was told to pull aside&park,they told me they were waiting for product.I packed&waited,15minutes.When I got home,the 2 single burgers had nothing on them&the double burger had a very thin piece of lettuce,only,nothing else,to be charged $20.71 for 3burgers that should have everything on them,outrageous,to be asked to wait that long¬ get what I ordered,outrageous,I'm super disappointed.Unless Wendy's makes it right,I will no longer eat there.And,in case others want to know why I just didn't go back&have them fix this,why should I,I already sat there&waited for my food,15minutes with no other vehicles coming thru the drive thru the whole time I waited.Seriously disappointed.

I come here when it’s late and I don’t feel like cooking dinner. They don’t have drinks with sugar available for some reason tonight???? Half the stuff I wanted was out of stock. They forgot half of what I ordered and the other half was ruined by being covered in chili. The taco salad I settled on instead of Apple pecan (they were out) came with chili and whoever bagged my items decided not closing a lid to hot chili was a good idea. I’m so fed up with this place it’s always at least one thing they can’t get and it’s a fast food place. The bar is pretty low and yet here I am with chili soaked everything. I wish I could say I’m never coming back here but at this point it’s to be expected.

The food was great—fast, fresh, and served by friendly staff. The location is clean and well-kept.

However, I had a frustrating experience at the drive-thru. Since the lobby was closed and I was on a motorcycle, it was my only option—but I was nearly denied service because I wasn’t in a car. The unnamed supervisor was very kind and explained the policy, but it still doesn’t make sense.

I’m literally driving through. I’ve got two wheels instead of four and a backpack to carry my food. Refusing service to motorcyclists at the drive-thru, especially when the lobby is closed, is an incredibly flawed policy.

Bottom line: great food, great people, clean location—but the drive-thru rule is seriously outdated and needs to change. Fast food is sometimes the only option when traveling.
