I've gotten the Utah burrito every time, and it was so yummy. However, the service was not great, nobody spoke much English. The place also looked like it was kind of falling apart.

Ordered a plain burrito with extra meat. Got a regular burrito with less meat…. And it was in a combo plate which I did not ask for. Getting really annoyed with getting the incorrect order.

I wanted to like this place because I love supporting small business, but what we just experienced was 100% unacceptable.
We had a really long day working hard outside, knew that this place had opened, and wanted to try it out. I ordered a chicken taco and a carne asada taco. At first they acted like they had no idea what we were talking about - The first guy didn't speak English very well and seemed to be kind of confused about what we wanted. We had never been there before and didn't know what the confusion was about, but we went with it anyway! Then when we pulled up to the window, a kid tried to figure out what we had ordered. I told him we just wanted a chicken taco and a carne asada taco from the right side of the big menu sign that were $3.99 each. He eventually came back with a styrofoam container in a bag, which I thought was odd for two tacos.
We drove off and started trying to eat them... We realized that this is not actually any kind of drive-thru - it's just a pickup window for meals you're supposed to eat at home, but we thought by ordering tacos that they would be something we could eat immediately. Boy were we wrong... These tacos are made with corn tortillas (it doesn't say that on the menu at the speaker box). It's not like we waited a long time to try to eat them, but they had already disintegrated completely bc they were so soggy...which is why you don't make corn tortilla tacos when you have a drive through restaurant concept. They weren't individually wrapped either...you could probably get away with a corn tortilla on a taco from a drive-thru if it was wrapped...then you could actually eat it.
As we were trying to eat these, with guacamole all over our hands, juice running down our arms, picking up pieces of chicken with our fingers because there's no forks provided for these disintegrating tacos, we got pretty annoyed, so I called to provide a little feedback to hopefully help the next poor soul who decides to order these tacos thinking that it would be a simple meal on the go...The kid that answered the phone had so much attitude... If he was my son, he wouldn't have a face left after how he was behaving, and if I found out he was talking to my customers like that, he would be swiftly dealt with. What a mouth! If you're going to work with the public, then be prepared to accept some criticism... This experience was completely unacceptable. You don't need to try to run your mouth and school customers on what a taco is and how to eat it while they're sitting there covered in juice and guacamole with what remains of a completely disintegrated mess in their hands... It's your job to safely prepare food and make sure that it can in fact be eaten by the people who purchased it!!! And if you want to stay in business, that's exactly what you'll do.
What we could eat was tasty... I just wish it had been more edible and that we weren't trying to eat something that required a fork with our bare hands.
Get your attitude right and figure out how to package your food a little bit better for people so they can actually eat it. 👍

Food is always great... Service is with a smile, there comprehension needs work. They can't hear or understand you through the drive through. 1 out of 2 times they will get your order correct. I honestly don't think they know what there menu items include. Even after you read what's included with the items, it's hit and miss if you get it all.

absolutely terrible food! I spent 47$ here for my kids and myself and my kids didn’t even eat anything other than a couple bites of their quadiaillas. how do you get quesadillas wrong?! I recommend skipping this place and NOT giving business at all! I tried to call them to see if they would do anything about the disgusting meal I waisted a lot of $ on and they wouldn’t. terrible food terrible service. do not go here
