So glad manny was there to save the day! Manager understood what I was saying and so did manny, but the to-go lady, or hostess lady (what ever she was) didn’t understand and got frustrated that whom ever took my order didn’t understand what I was saying over the phone in the first place. All I wanted was a combo meal( comes with with 6traditional, 6 boneless and a fry) and a 6 piece boneless with a side of fry. She argued that it was put in wrong which I explained that to her previously. who ever took our order over the phone already said to explain it when we got there so I did. But turns out who ever took the order over the phone put the 6 boneless as as bone in, which we wanted boneless THATS IT.. that’s where she got flustered and got mad, stormed off but said “I’m off the clock I shouldn’t be dealing with this”. I’m glad the manager understood what I was saying and so did manny cause if she was still clocked in, it would’ve been a mess.. I almost got charged $50 for a $28 meal. She need more training on that dang menu.🤣 thank you manny for being the MVP.

Placed a pick up order at 6:20, app said ready by 7:00. Told at 7:00 still 20-30 minutes and they have no control over adjusting wait times for pick up. Left with food at 7:40. Lobby full of upset customers with Togo orders. Get home and missing some of our order. This was also after calling on the phone asking to use their free delivery promo and the manager saying they aren’t sure how to get it to work so we swapped to take out. Horrible. Management seems inexperienced.

Terrible experience. Waited 20 min for a waitress to take my drink order. My drink finally came. I drank it and still waited another 20 min after my drink was empty before I saw my waitress and she finally wanted my food order. The resturant wasnt even a quarter of the way full. They were not busy. I got the food to go because i didnt want to be there any longer than i had to. I couldn't get out of there fast enough. I highly recommend you go somewhere else.

I ordered a pickup and came to get it at the time it told me. I got there, waited for 10 min before anyone even asked if I had been helped.. there was about 5 people in the pick up line and nobody behind the desk. Very poor customer service.

Angela was AMAZING!!! She has such a positive attitude and always smiling and making us customers feel happy and welcome!! She deserves a raise or better opportunities for sure! Thankyou for being the best in your job Angela, every time I am here I feel valued, seriously the best customer service I have received and I been coming here for 4 years and this is the first time I feel appreciated and grateful to come here!
She is the only kind one and understanding employee here, thankyou once again Angela you are the best!

Wait time was too long, even after waiting for super long, we got cold food, the server was kinda noisy.

Serenity was our server. We waited almost an hour for our food. It was lukewarm. We got a kids meal. She told me I had to ask for milk (that was included in the kids meal) she said it doesn’t just come with it.
We also had to go pay at the front because she didn’t come back for our check.

I just went into to pick up a to go order from online. The pick up time said 7:20. I waited 35 minutes more to get my online order. I understand that they were busy and backed up from orders. But I at least expected things to be warm and fresh. The fries and cheese curds were ice cold and stale. Very very disappointing.

The restaurant was at about 25% capacity for lunch, but we had to wait 20 mins to be seated. They said the kitchen was backed up. Once seated, the server was nice enough - but she seemed to be the only one working.

The fries were cold once the food came out. They didnt have many of the beer selections in the menu. Probably the last time we'll go to this location.

We got seated at 6:15 order at 6:20. Our food came at 8:00. It seemed our waitress was avoiding us because she didn't have any answers. There was not discount no complimentary drinks or anything. A wrong order. We asked for vegetables twice and never came. Other tables came and went. It was the worst experience I've had at any restaurant. Why we didn't walk out is beyond me. Buffalo if you see this I want a free meal for wasting me time.
