I took my Granddaughter and her boyfriend last night to celebrate her 4.0 report card. 3 of us got our food and finished eating before her boyfriend even got his food. When it arrived it was cold and nearly inedible he ended up leaving 75% of it. In the meantime while he was waiting his glass was empty until I grabbed our worthless waiter and ask him to fill it. When I ask to speak with a manager I was blown off. I will not return even though this was her favorite place to eat. Very disappointed.

First of all , i walked in with my girl and off jump the service was horrible, the guy i dont know their names but he was very rude , he was a spanish server , they then moved out table because i requested a new server, they then took over 40 mins and still didnt cone to our table to ask for our order , they did that on purpose so we can leave … the lead hostess the females shes horrible as well ! I will never recommend anybody to come hete … i came may 7th from 640-8pm

Always take about 20 minutes past the time their website quotes on a to go order. They messed up 2 out of 3 orders, and all the sides were cool like they made them and then over cooked the wings. The small sauce is not even close to enough, but you get a half quart if you get the large. I like the wings better than wingstop, but I wish there was an actual decent place to get good wings in Utah. Onion rings are amazing.

This place is a joke so I'm placing an online order for two boneless wing packs however it's not taking the two gift cards. I have it. One of them says it needs the pin and the other one set I mean it's their brand of gift card. So I'm on the phone with the young lady that is taking to go orders and I'm letting her know that the issue that I'm having is the payment as far as the gift card goes. I'm on the phone with her about five minutes. She talk to her manager they have no resolution I come into therestaurant and show her my gift cards. They both have money on them however, one of them has a pin one of them does not. I asked the manager since it's not my fault that their system will not take the gift card and she flat out told me no that she could not match the price that's online and pretty much yeah that I was out of luck at that point and honestly like that made me not even wanna eat there like if you're not gonna compensate lhelp the customer in anyway and try to go out of your way I know the manager could've took percentage off to match the price online due to the fact that it wasn't my fault that the gift card was not letting me enter it online but instead they decided not to help the customer or police the customer in anyway and they lost out money.

Way understaffed, on a big Final Four evening they should have been ready for. Arrived to see 1/2 the tables vacant yet people waiting for 20-30 minutes to be seated. Order of wings took 27 minutes to arrive. Two of us at the table, only one order brought at a time 15 minutes apart. Not ok. Feel sorry for wait staff.
