First of all, the order was wrong. When I went up to get the right burger the one we ordered was sitting there. The fries were way overcooked and you could taste that the oil they cooked them in was old. The fries tasted like they were dipped in some kind of bad chemical. We went up and asked for new fries and the girl brought them out and just dropped them in front of us and walked off all mad. Just as I thought they still tasted like bad chemicals. The bacon on my burger was under cooked. It has been a half hour since I ate there and I am feeling sick. No one was wearing hair nets or gloves. I can see why their rating is so low.

Both times I've gone here my order has been wrong. Went for breakfast this morning and the hash browns were disgusting and so dry i didn't even eat them, And my sandwich was also dry and squished.. They really don't care or take any pride in their work. Avoid this location, although most all BK's are disappointing now a days.

Took almost 30 minutes to get an online order for one Whopper. The girl up front seemed very confused and had no idea how to do anything and they were understaffed and I just sat there and waited and waited and waited for one hamburger.

Very poor quality food, biscuits were dry af, cheese wasn’t melted because everything was cold and The bacon was so undercooked I couldn’t eat it, if I wanted something chewy I’d get gum thanks…

Tried to get a whopper jr with cheese meal but the fried is down. No biggie, I’ll just get the whopper jr with cheese. I ordered it was no pickles no tomatoes. Got the sandwich with pickles and no cheese. Kind annoying.
