Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen

The place was a total bait and switch. Their sign says “scratch kitchen” which gives the impression it would be made from scratch food. Far from it. My cocktail was pure syrup. The food was dripping in grease. Even the veggies I ordered with my entree was greasy. I’m also fairly sure the green beans were from a can. It’s basically fast food quality in a pretty package. Really bummed out because I had high hopes.

So initially I had a waitress who seemed to have a bad attitude. Then I requested to move to another table. I believe my new waiter was Andre. It’s been a couple of weeks. However, he was the greatest. I even heard the other waitress from across the restaurant ask why did I move. She was too loud and rude.

Food was great and my Maui Margarita was deliciously soothing to end my shopping day. My waiter was the best.

The staff made a beautiful family experience so wonderful. They took great care of us and didn't get annoyed or frustrated that we were kind of terrible guests. Switching seats, a little loud, lots of excitement.

The place is great. Second time I've been here food has been delicious. My kids actually like the kids meal options which is a feat! Servers we have had were great, super friendly and aware of our needs.

Every time we order to go they ether stiff us on gravy (4oz) or ranch which sucks this type of stuff ruins the experience TBH then when you call to complain they just transfer you and never pick the phone back up! the amount of effort to pour gravy or ranch in a cup must be challenging.. I may not return of this, happens every time

Lunch with a friend. The food was excellent, service was amazing. Jo was an absolute delight! Felt like an old friend. Manager checking in on service and food make me feel like I mattered. I'll be back!

We truly enjoyed the food and atmosphere, it was refreshing to have the manager come to our table and make sure everything was cooked to our satisfaction and that the server was attentive. Our glasses stayed full, the waitress came by our table a minimum of four times to check on us, very professional we will return!!

Parking: Shares the parking lot with Lowes, which has plenty of parking

Kid-friendliness: The entire was kind and went out of the way to ensure we enjoyed our dinner.

my first review seemed to have been never posted or deleted. but i came in on 10/14 just myself and my boyfriend for my birthday dinner because i really wanted their cheese fries. we came in and got sat immediately which was nice. it took about 5 minutes for our server, ally, to come over. we ordered our drinks and they were brought to us by another very sweet girl with dreads who also brought our appetizer and our food. ( she was great. afterwards i wished we gave her the tip we had planned on giving our server). our server came and took our order in which i got a burger and cheese fries. the food didn’t take too long but when it came out there was no cheese on my fries (the entire reason i chose this place ?). i figured i would tell our server when she came back and get it fixed but she never came back. her and another male server were at another larger table of elderly women giving them topppp notchhh service meanwhile my order was wrong and my boyfriend had to start sipping my drink because his had been empty for now 20 minutes. he wanted a box for his food but not once did our server come over to check on us just completely forgot we were there while only having what appeared to be two tables. we waited about another 15 minutes waiting to see if we could at least get a togo box but nobody came by. we paid on the tablet at the table and he kindly left a 3 dollar tip. i’m a server myself and i tried so hard to be understanding but this was the absolute worst service i have ever experienced and it was disappointing to have it happen on my birthday. waste of 50 bucks

The food has always been good here, the service is quick, and the servers are always friendly. We always enjoy coming here.

I got the Ribeye and I really wasn't overly impressed. Very gritty. It was my first time there. I really liked the cheese curds though, and my strawberry lemonade too. The server was very attentive as well.

This place is amazing everything so far has been excellent highly recommend they definitely need more locations in Utah so we don't have to drive so far but it's definitely worth the drive
