Service was great, the waiters/ waitress and everyone was nice and welcoming. The food on the other hand…below mid. Ordered cheddar fries & Cheese wasn’t even melted & fries were soggy. Order country fried chicken greens beans were a slimy nasty tasteless mess. Chicken was supposed to be fried but it tasted stale and again was soggy on a piece of hard bread….overall good atmosphere but food was so bad…..

Cheddar's does not support reservations, but they allow you to call ahead and put your name on their waitlist. Since we had more than 5 people in our party, we had to call. We got the time we wanted, and we were seated quickly upon arrival.Our server was courteous, and he got everyone's orders correct. He was also attentive to us and kept our cups/glasses full.My food was fine, no complaints. However, my wife says her chicken was dry, and for some reason neither of my kids liked the Lemon Pepper Chicken this time. Other times we've been, it was their favorite thing, so I don't know what was different this time. They also aren't good at describing why they don't like something.

Unfortunately, Cheddar's food is loaded with MSG but that information is not readily available. I had the chicken pot pies and found out the hard way as I had a severe reaction. So if you're sensitive to food additives and chemicals, avoid this place. I'm guessing they also use chemicals on the lettuce to keep it from browning. One and done for me.

Never had a bad meal.Was with a patron who has attempted to sign up for the email list and get the free chips n queso a number of times. They always get other emails, but never wirh the code for the free food. After a weak explanation of potential problems on our part. Management did nothing. There's always room for adjustments, even with chain restaurants. Guess they're busy enough to not take care of a regular. Will think twice before returning.

First time eating at Cheddar's after a recommendation. Totally enjoyed it! The croissants were fabulous! Chicken Pot Pie was good, could have used assume seasoning though. The Broccoli Cheese casserole, Rice and Beans and Chicken Fried Steak were very delicious! All good prices. Would definitely go again.

They always have such wonderful food! We're from Wy, so stop in whenever we can. The staff is always incredible and of course the food is too. Plus, those croissants are so yummy!
We took our daughter here for her 17th birthday. She's been here before and spoke highly of the Monte Cristo sandwich and the chicken pot pie. Service was great drinks were okay mainly hers. The wife's meal was extra salty and spicy than she expected. The ribs were slappin(That's a good thing). We will try Cheddar's again in the near future to see if the next experience is better. I've been in the food industry for over 30 year's and I get it. It takes time to get thing's just right! Our server was very professional and very hospitable.
