Food is hot, got my order right. Wish they would have interacted with me more while I was waiting. Weight was reasonably short mobile ordering being combined with drive-thru seems to slow things down.
Ryan Dennis, Since you remodeled this store the service and food has been horrible. The drive thru is a disaster, the service is slow, the way they bring the food out to the car when you’re four cars back so you have to wait to leave is ridiculous. Food is almost always cold. The most common thing I have noticed, you are never around. When you open the store you were there all the time. Your quality and service have suffered.

I go here a few days ago month, and don't normally have problems. Today I ordered the chicken breakfast bowl. There was NO chicken on it...just eggs and hashbrowns.

This is my addiction. Chicken nuggets, waffle fries and their sugar-free lemonade - which is so good I actually went back to the store once, to confirm it really was sugar-free. Just filling out this review, has me craving it!
The place was big and nice, have a lot of parking. A little difficult to find the entrance and there are two options for driving through. The drive thru and mobile thru. The food took some time but was good.

We recently went through this drive thru and arrived at our house and found we didn’t have our chicken wrap. We went back feeling frustrated and we were greeted by Matt at the cashier. He did an amazing job at getting our chicken wrap quickly, refilled our drinks, and threw in a chicken sandwich. Matt is the reason for our 5 star review! He handled it very professionally. We went in frustrated and left happy. :)

Not sure what the point of “Mobile-thru” is if I’m going to wait more than 10 minutes for my food AND watch the employee try to give MY order to 2 cars in line ahead of me. By the time they got it to me the fries were barely lukewarm, the dipping sauces were warm, and the shake was melted. No apology from the employee for the ridiculous wait, either. I love CFA but this location needs to get it together!
