Normally I don’t review places however I went in on 01-16-26 and got a medium well 10oz sirloin steak with loaded potatoes and Mac n cheese. Next morning woke up with severe pain in my abdomen along with diarrhea tired to work and had to go home early. Later that night I threw up and next morning and again I had severe pain in my abdomen too the point I felt like throwing up again so I decided to head to the er where they gave me some pain meds and said had got severe food poisoning. I paid $75 for food that sent to the goddamn hospital. 100% will never come back again and would you i recommend not getting any steak off the menu.

The store has open tables and they’re making everyone wait because they can’t catch up in the restaurant. What kind of accountability is that? Is this the new generation because years and years has been way more busier with the line out the door and they were doing just fine so sick of these new generation the management needs to be fired for allowing this come on you titled lazy brats. Been in Restaurants for over 10 years. (Iykyk) this is a decent place. Ive only been twice (so far….will def return) the food is consistent, the service is consistent and environment in on par. I’ve given 5 stars overall because what they do, they do better than just about any other chili’s I’ve been to. NO they aren’t some boutique burger joint, mixology bar or fancy restaurant. They also aren’t pretending to be! (Which is a hell of a lot more than I can say for a lot of places…..and I kinda know what I’m talking about)

Usually love chilis. But this last time I got delivery from here, I had leftover mashed potatoes from a kids meal. Go to eat them couple days later, and theres A HUGE METAL SPRING IN THEM??? For a KIDS COMBO. Luckily this didnt cause series injury to someone, but it sure didnt feel great biting onto it. Not sure if it was from a scooper for the potatoes that broke apart in the kitchen or what. Tried to contact via email, no response. Working swings its hard to go in an argue about this, feel like a refund would be the very least of what I'd want, but I just dont have time to go in an argue about it. Careful eating here.

We were never brought silverware, napkins, or straws and we weren’t introduced to our real server, we were helped by around 3 different people. When we got our appetizer of chips and salsa our chips were completely smashed and only had about 10 whole chips. When we finally received our food it ended up being cold and soggy. This was the worst chilis experience we’ve ever had.
