Understaffed? Incompetence? Maybe both? Every table in this place is dirty. Lemonade and Agua Fresca tanks empty. The employees are scrambling and there’s no line at the counter. Pay way too much for this.

I came here for lunch recently and I just wanted to say Riley has amazing customer service! He was incredibly nice and helped me with my order. Also the food was amazing!!!

Listen I’m not one to write a review, I’m generally understanding, but how does someone miss half the bowl. I was ordering one night, very excited to receive my bowl, and when I opened the package, I was left rather shocked by the sight I sought, one might say I had to clench my pearls, my chipotle was HALF empty , straight sour cream, no queso. Nothing. I was extremely disappointed by what I was given, I respect the workers, but I expect more, ESPECIALLY when I paid $20 for this bowl. Workers, I hope you can read this with understanding and for the future, grow for the better. Please people pay a lot for these bowls. Thank you xoxo.

They did not pay attention when making my order. I am vegetarian yet they put chicken in my sofritas bowl. They also put corn when it wasn't in my order. Do not order online, go in so you can see and correct what they put in your bowl.

Food and everything was fine. But I was informed while dining there, that this is the only chipotle location in the state that does not offer a military discount. That’s pretty sad.

One of the worst chipotles in operation. Staff is rude and slow. They making you wait forever and no one says anything to you when you walk in or when you’re standing in line. Everyone seems annoyed they have to help you. This goes for the management too. The only person in this building that has ever shown me any kindness or hospitality is Oleg. This place needs some serious adjustments. They are constantly out of items and services. The portions and flavors are inconsistent. Today I was told they wouldn’t accept my debit card and if I wanted something I needed to order online. So disappointed. This is not a one time thing. I like chipotle, I come here occasionally but rarely ever have a good experience.

This is the 3rd time in a row and to different locations that the guacamole is bad. Went at 11am thinking it’s just before lunch it has to be be good now, NOPE, half green and half brown in a marble pattern when I asked them to get some from bottom it was clear they are just mixing in the old with the new rather than throwing away the old, I’m done, they think we are so stupid… telling me that it goes brown and happens to brown in streaks/marble formation. which explain the meats that seem to be about half okay?? Wanted to give a heads up, been eating at chipotle for over a decade and this mess just started…not eating bad food-NO TO CHIPOTLE

Meat portions were abysmal for each dish I purchased. One of my crew got carnitas tacos and there was literally one little shred or chunk of pork each taco. Food tasted great as usual, I just really don’t like getting skimped on.

As other chipotles have struggled sometimes it’s a hit or miss. The portion size at this location is typically (80%of the time) good. But I definitely have been shorted a handful of times.

I like to try to give places the benefit of the doubt. But when I first went in I was told that if I wanted a quesadilla I had to order it online. Not a big deal order online could not find a single spot to use my gift card. But have no fear, I went inside and I spoke with one of the employees. They assured me that there was a spot on either their app or on the Internet browser for those cards. That way I could get my quesadilla that I wanted. After that there is no place online or on the app that allows for gift cards it's almost as if they do not want you to use them. It's quite a hassle. After deciding to leave because I could not get the online order to work I later called to just ask to see if somebody could help me punch in this card online. Once after calling three separate times and being hung up on I finally got a hold of somebody and they would not stay on the line with me. He kept wanting to hang up and asked me to call back. Well that was the third time that I had worked my way through their automated system just to talk to a normal human being I was not about to do that for a fourth time I felt that I have been very patient up into that point and this was just too ridiculous. I thought their food was great but their customer service and the way they go about using their gift cards online are ridiculous. Also why do you have to purchase certain types of food on the internet in order to get it in store. That just seems like an extra stupid hassle and for what reason? Honestly this is ridiculous. You would think for the price that you pay $$$ for a little amount and sub quality food that you get, that you would at least get some customer service but that could not be farther away from the truth. pull your crap together!
