By far worst location. I ordered my favorite which is the chocolate chip and the cookie they gave me was hard did not taste fresh and soft at all. I asked if they had a fresh batch and they said their oven wasn’t working that great but it really just tasted like they reheated they’re cookies or maybe from the day before don’t know but it’s the first time I had a crumbl cookie I didn’t enjoy. I’ll just stick to the one in Layton now.

Michelle is a supervisor at this location. To say that she’ll go above and beyond is an understatement. There was a mistake that was out of her control at the time but she still took care of me as the consumer. On top of loving their cookies, it helps when there are people like Michelle that look out for the customer and want us to come back. Great customer service!
Very friendly staff and I was able to receive the purchase very quickly And on one purchase my daughter was having trouble with her account and could get a confirmation code and the lady there help her with her bday cookies
