Arguably the worst crumbl location near Ogden. Used to be good but has majorly gone down hill. Been trying to get the brownie batter cookie all week and every time I check they are sold out of almost every flavor minus chocolate chip. Finally managed to get the cookies (they only had 2 left) and they aren't even making the right cookie? They are selling a chocolate cookie with frosting on it and calling it the brownie batter. Also made the Oreo cookie wrong. Pictures of what the cookies are supposed to look like vs what we got. Their customer service is also majorly lacking, every time we go in we are barely acknowledged.

I have loved their cookies from the first day they have opened. Now every time I go there they are out of several cookie, I have to wait longer time( sometimes 15 minutes). They treat their customers with less respect now. I don't think I will go back to this store anymore.

By far worst location. I ordered my favorite which is the chocolate chip and the cookie they gave me was hard did not taste fresh and soft at all. I asked if they had a fresh batch and they said their oven wasn’t working that great but it really just tasted like they reheated they’re cookies or maybe from the day before don’t know but it’s the first time I had a crumbl cookie I didn’t enjoy. I’ll just stick to the one in Layton now.
