The drinks are absolutely prime and well crafted. They make other coffee chain drinks taste like battery acid. I'm exclusively drinking Dutch Bros from here on out. Also, the staff's energy and talent is second to none. Every time I have a bad day, I know I can reset here. Justin, Amanda, David, Marina, Jennica, and about four other Broistas whose names I don't know, have always made me the best cold brews and Aftershock Rebel drinks, and have given me and my whole family a sanctuary of good energy to chill at. Plus, collecting the stickers on the first Wednesday of every month and on random sticker days is so much fun! It's like Pokemon with caffeine!

I ordered a golden Eagle chai with an extra shot of espresso. I was very adamant on half sweet. As late as possible on the caramel drizzle. So you can imagine my surprise when I took one drink and was met with the sweetest chai I have ever had. It was disgusting. It was so sweet. I could not drink it. I finally made it home and went to dump out my cup of this sweet drink. And the bottom portion of my cup was soaking with caramel. I don’t understand why they can’t follow simple directions, especially when you have clarified it to your order taker and to the woman that is making the coffee do better Dutch Bros because this experience sucked.

I love this dutch bros. Everyone is always so lively but today I went and got my coffee and I was given a cracked cup. the cup cracked open as soon as i got to school. I tried calling the store multiple times with no reply.
Walk up window either doesn’t work on Sundays or they couldn’t be bothered to take our order. Lady said I’ll be right with you and then proceeded to ignore us… for many minutes. Not an amazing experience. But lucky for them I ordered on the app and they still got paid.

So SLOW 40 min in line with maybe 10 people in line. Then got hot coco and it was cold, then argued with me that they come out cold… This location has had this problem lately and it’s disappointing. This would be the third time it’s taken 30 minutes or more. Love the drinks but can’t justify sitting in a line for that long and having to argue over cold, hot chocolate
