When I received my order it was missing an item. When I brought that to the staffs attention they treated me very disrespectfully. After a while they did finally make the missing item. Food wasn’t terrible but I won’t be back based on service alone.

I just had nachos with chicken. Q bit pricey for what it is. There were only two little pieces of chicken. It was mostly beans on the nachos. Not impressed with that. Pricey for what it was.

Just got the meal for two to go. There was very little staff, I get that, it’s Sunday, but we just got home and we’re missing multiple items. The chips and salsa we ordered isn’t there, no tortillas, the staff throw the food on the counter, call your number and just disappear. We went because my wife likes the previous time she went, but unless the chicken is amazing I’m unlikely to want to go back because now I’m just bent out of shape

I have eaten at El Pollo Loco before and it has been a long while. I ordered a chips and queso (small) a three piece thigh and leg meal with rice and beans, and a plain cheese quesadilla. ( Sharing with my kid's) The rice and beans were bland unfortunately and rice was stuck together and hard in areas(like came from a bag almost) and the chips were stale. The chicken was juicy and flavorful as always and the quesadilla was great. The service was great and I appreciate the quick service as we went through the drive thru. It was okay, I got a taco salad and I feel like it was not nearly as good and as full as the ones you can get from Taco Bell. And they forgot our food, that was pretty crazy considering we were the only people in there at the time. But the atmosphere was okay kinda dirty.
