Super clean. Food was great, including fresh yummy guacamole, and staff was really nice. Also had plugs for working on the road, and just overall super impressed.
I'll be honest. This is definitely not on my list of places to go. First and probably last time I'll ever visit an El Pollo loco. Starting off for almost $15 the portion size was way underwhelming. The taste was okay. Pretty much the only reason I gave it 2 stars. The person taking my order was not helpful at all. Even after I told her this was my first time there. Really was hoping to have a better experience. Will not be returning.

47 minutes wait on a 16 pieces family mealI guess we have to eat before go to eat there on Sundays they always said they are short on personal... owner of this franchise don't care about the customers they might go on a Sunday lunch for a tryout themselves service... which is really ? slow..Next time I going to eat something before going to eat here the only reason I going back is because my wife like it other than that I wouldn't.
