Kevin was very friendly and knowledgeable. He welcomed me with a nice smile and was helpful and prompt throughout the whole process while making fun jokes. He has some of the best customer service skills I’ve seen. I was going to tip him but didn’t have any cash. Hope he gets something from this review

This location has been ass since I moved here from FL. Unfortunate because I worked at a firehouse in FL for over 3 years for my FIRST job and I know I could run this store better than anyone you guys have had for the last 3 years.
This occurrence, I say my order to Ray, and he repeats something back wrong before making it wrong. Extra toasted and this thing is still soft. Probably will be cold by time I get to where I'm going.

Also, still waiting on what is now TWO refunds but they gave me a sub card knowing the refunds probably won't go thru. if youre starving and need to order from this place, just keel over. I will not be back to this location. Trust

The server named kevin, was prolly one of the friendliest employees ive ever encountered. Super nice and friendly and made sure everything was correct and to order. Even threw in a few jokes too!

I used an offer for a bogo hook & ladder sub. Having never eaten here, I thought it would be worth trying. Such a disappointment. It was the most bland, boring sandwich I have ever had. The bread was good and was the best part. The meat was quite tasteless, though tender. I couldn't tell that there were tomatoes or onions on it until I looked inside. There were no seasonings whatsoever. I honestly wouldn't buy this sub again, even at half off. Definitely a no at full price. App ordering was easy, but there's no option to add extras, only to remove items. Some of their other subs may be better, but I most likely would not purchase from here again.

Order an Italian and Hook and ladder there was hardly any meat on it the bread was large in the meat didn't even go to the ends
