There was a mix up and we got home to realize we had no meat on our subs. We called and they were more than willing to get us taken care of. Customer service is key for us. And these guys made it right.

We stopped to get dinner at 6:30 at night and were told they were out of most of the ingredients for the sandwiches we had come in for. With no offer to make more. 6:30 is still dinner time and nowhere near closing time. Will not be coming back here again. Horrible service and poor experience

Bought their pizza sub. I asked for extra pepperoni since I can't eat beef for their meatballs. See pics for what I got. No sauce and really nothing in between the bread. They were not busy, just lazy. Would you pay $8 for this?

I have really enjoyed firehouse subs in the past (especially the New York steamer). However, their prices keep going up and the sandwiches are so small now! I got a medium that was like 7 inches long and had 3 pieces of meat. I used to get a medium and eat half one meal and half another, but I was still hungry after eating the whole thing this time. Maybe because it was mainly a large roll since the toppings didn’t even cover the whole sandwich.

Seems like this food chain is always short on ingredients. Some days, No tomatoes, other days no pickles. The limes for the drinks were definitely old and brown. Customer service seem annoyed at just being there. Could do better as far as freshness and customer service.

On Friday August 29th I went to get food here for dinner, at around 5:30. Usually I love getting food here and everyone is so nice. But the second I walked in there was a guy and a short little girl with glasses who laughed and started making fun of me the second I walked in. The two of them made “private” comments about me the entire time and then threw a tantrum when they got my order. They laughed and were rude to me the entire time and I will never come back here again. The fact that they just hire anyone and let them act like idiots and be rude to customers is insane. DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU WANT TO BE TREATED AS A HUMAN BEING. They are horrible to anyone who walks in and the people who treated me so badly deserve to be fired. Sad that my favorite sandwich shop acts like this z

I went in to use points, I had 28000 + so yes a regular customer. When I logged in they had expired, how ridiculous, no warning unless you monitor the app, lots of sandwich places to frequent out there Firehouse, in fact i oass five on the way to yours, I counted. Perhaps a change is in order of your points system.
