Friendly and accommodating. I had an in-app offer, but needed gluten-free bread which was not available on the app. The manager allowed me to order in-app to get the deal and made the bread adjustment at no extra charge.

Ordered for delivery. Submitted the entry and it said to pick up instead. We tried calling but nobody ever answers that phone number. We've called three times since then was still no response. No customer service at all. We never went to pick up the sandwiches but they charged anyway.

The order is consistently missing items and/or the customer service is atrocious if even available? I can’t even speak with anyone. I don’t have a problem with the food, it’s the people handling it not giving a crap.

Pick up order placed 40 min before pick up. Had to wait about 5 mins. For sandwich. Ordered a large drink and they didn't have a large cup. Drink station needed to be cleaned. The sandwich was delicious. There was only one person working to start then another appeared. Perhaps they were understaffed.

Don't order in store they will treat you like you don't exist. Just went and waited 25 min for a sandwich as 1 of only 2 people in the store!
An online order took priority over the people actually in the store.
Could of gone to a dine in and gotten my food quicker

Firehouse can be a little slow, but overall I’ve usually had good experiences at this location. However, a couple of weeks ago, we placed an order for a couple of hot sandwiches for pickup. When we got home and started eating, something felt off—they were soggy and cold. It turned out they hadn’t been toasted at all, and we were essentially served plain, cold sandwiches.

I filled out the survey with our experience, and the manager was very responsive. She called the next day, apologized, and told us she'd leave a note for us to receive two free sandwiches. She said to just call ahead, mention the issue, and the staff would take care of it. That was really cool...

EXCEPT, we haven’t been able to get through to them since! We’ve tried calling several times, but the phone just rings—no voicemail, no answer. Maybe they’re short-staffed, but it’s extremely frustrating. It looks like our only option is to go order in person and wait for them to make the sandwiches. Pretty disappointing overall. Great response from the manager, but the follow-through has been annoying.

We won't be eating at this location again. Both sandwiches were wrong, out of a few ingredients, and it was so dirty. There's layers of grime in the napkin dispenser, counter is gross, tables were nasty. It shows that no one cares.

The staff are always very friendly! There were a few issues with the equipment, so alternatives were offered and it was still very good! I have been several times and have always been treated with kindness and appreciation. I will continue to return as often as I need a hot sandwich.
