Save your money. We ate here the other night and feel completely ripped off. Took about 15 minutes to seat us. They only had 1 waitress. The food here was not good. There were 4 of us and none of us liked what we ordered. Fries, fish and mozzarella sticks were not fried long enough and arrived soft and mushy. They forgot the bacon on the cheeseburger. The country fried steak tasted freezer burned. Waitress was nice and attentive but other than that, everything was bad. Go to the Ihop in Ogden, it is a lot better. Ihop needs to fire the chef in Riverdale, he obviously doesn't know how to cook.

I can’t tell you how the food was because when we walked in there were 10 tables with people seated at them. The restaurant was probably 15%full. It took 5 minutes for one of the waitresses to come over to tell us it would be at least a ten minute wait because they had to clean tables off. I looked over at a booth that was clean and said nope we are waiting and left. Absolutely ridiculous, it was my daughter’s birthday and she wanted IHOP. Won’t ever be going back to that place.

Sat for over an hour all while watching employees eat plate after plate and look at there phones. Our server was way forgetful and our food came out sporadically. Restaurant felt dirty and smelled. I ordered breakfast sampler and the portions made me feel like I ordered off of kids menu. I will never eat here again!

Ali has been our server for the last several weeks. Ali is beyond impressive. She skillfully manages the periodically skeleton crew while ensuring that every patron is greeted and feels welcomed. Ali has elevated the IHOP experience from just a casual dinner to a feel of upscale ambiance.

I went in last night at 8 PM waitress set us down and waited for someone to come around for orders. No one came around ask for our drinks or our order I had to flag someone down. We sat there and drank a cup of coffee. No one came around. They continue to sweep and ignore us. This is the first time this is ever happened to us at any restaurant normally, we get decent service so we left let the manager know on our way out how we felt about the service

So I came in but was in a rush I ordered and everything talked to the manager and she was quite rude for no reason I asked for the how long the wait would be and she starts giving me attitude for no reason and that’s when I got irritated but she was being so rude and told me lot leave if I didn’t like the service

Manager is so rude, we got there at 11:15 and me and a friend had work at 12:20. The food took 40 minutes to come and the potatos were cold. We asked to speak to a manager and she took her sweet time. After a while she comes to our table and we tell her the food was cold and asked politely if we could get the potatos free. She got snappy, again she could've just said no and we would've moved on. No this women raises her voice at us, waddles over to the register and says we have only been waiting for 47 minutes and that she will only give us a 10% discount. When we got our food we asked for no ranch on the sandwich and she acted all superior. Cafeteria prison workers are nicer.
DO NOT COME HERE!! worst experience the manager is extremely immature and the food was late and cold if you want good service go to dollar tree they’ll treat you better there

Stopped in for breakfast with some friends, and had an awesome experience! The food was great, the coffee was hot and fresh, and, best of all, the service was phenomenal. Ali, the manager, was beyond friendly. I'll definitely be coming back.

If I could give zero I would. My family and I love ihop . But this ihop location on riverdale is crap. Every time we go there . There is maybe one couple that is sat down. The restaurant is always empty. So you would think if we came here we would get sat down fast cause no one is there eating. We always have to wait 10-15 mins for someone to come out. The workers here are always in the back talking and gossiping. And when we do get sat down and take are order the waiters mostly girls gos back to gossiping. We never get refills on drinks. It got to the point we had to flag a different person down to get our receipt so we could leave zero tip and leave. Now this has happened every time we came to this location. We came to this one 7 times in less than a year. And yes I know we go a lot. My family and I love ihop and dennys. But after yesterday trying to go to ihop on riverdale it was are last straw. We got there yesterday and after 17 mins of waiting to be sat down and the girls in back saw us they all ignored us and went back to gossiping. So we will no longer go to ihop on riverdale road. So if your wanting ihop I then highly recommend not this location on riverdale.
