I had the best experience at In-N-Out thanks to Luke! He was super friendly, welcoming, and made the whole visit feel extra positive. He went above and beyond with his customer service—patient, attentive, and made sure everything was exactly how I ordered it. It’s not often you meet someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, but Luke clearly does. Great food is expected at In-N-Out, but service like his makes it unforgettable.

I love in and out but the last two times there’s a gentleman with hoopish earrings who makes me feel like I’m bothering him. The first time I was in the drive thru when I got to the window to get my food I asked for a packet of animal style sauce and he looked at me like I was being annoying?? the second time I ordered inside and asked for a Flying Dutchman, he proceeded to wait 10 seconds while looking me in the eyes like if I was on a SNL skit or something lol, again I asked for a Flying Dutchman with everything on it and he paused again looking me in the eyes as if I was just making words up?? after the awkward exchange i tried to explain it’s just a patty with the buns replaced for grilled onions he proceeded to say “oh so a double double” I was like no and explained again he just looked at me dumbfounded and proceeded to hit whatever on the menu and hands me a double double. Is this guy new??
