FYI- note that they replied!!! BUT I DID CONTACT MGR. I DID CONTACT CORPORATE. NOT A GOOD COMPANY. Can’t give it a zero or I would. Went there and wanted 2 smoothies saw their metal cups & bought 2. Male staff member put the metal cups , lids & metal straws in liquid sanitizer in sink. Left them there & waited in next customer. He then pulled them out, after he had waited on 2nd customer & didn’t rinse them (I didn’t knw that until later) & put our smoothies in. My smoothie tasted like rubbing alcohol. It burnt my lips, mouth and throat. We tossed them. Wasted close to $50.00 on that purchase. I sent Mrg email & she told me to come in and get free smoothie, that she put me on list so employees would knw (I hv her emails). I went in (we live in N. Ogden) & same male employee that poisoned us was there & didn’t know anything about this & neither did female w/ him. He informed me that the mgr was out bk doing inventory & wouldn’t be finished for a long time. I sent mgr another email & she then decided it was company policy that only she could give o/the free smoothie. Just makes it all up as she goes along. I contacted Corporate & they weren’t happy & assured me this would be handled & I would be contact soon! NOPE! Locals dropped it. BUT I WON’T & I will keep posting so ppl know what a lousy franchise you are. You could hv done the right thing! Now you will pay the price! All this because you refused good customer service. You caused illness w/ you bad service.

There was a worker there that was really great. his name was Julian. He prepared my order with skill, style and care. He was super nice and friendly. I will return just to have his service again. give him a raise!!

The worker there was not paying attention, staring off into space. I tried redeeming a reward, she told me to online order so I did. I’m just sitting there and staring at her. She then proceeds to ask me what I want to Order even though I had just placed an online order cause she said to. Didn’t end up even putting in my reward. Then Got confused that I online ordered.

Worst jamba I’ve ever been to, horrible customer service, the cashier had 2 headphones in the whole time clueless to what’s happening and just stood there staring off into the distance after I ordered my smoothie

Walked in and was instantly greeted with a slam of an appliance and a loud groan. “Did you order ahead?!?”
I said I hadn’t and the employee groaned loudly again said “One second then!” Proceeded to groan and huff multiple more times and slam and throw more things around before she came up and asked what I wanted. Come to find out her name tag says she is the general manager.
I ordered and my drink directly off the menu with no additions (not that she asked) it came out quickly. But with many more groans and slamming throughout.
My drink was fine, but I definitely felt like I was in trouble for being there and she was upset I dared walk in and order an item off the menu.
The store was very messy and there were multiple signs about the oven being broken
I feel for her clearly being short staffed and stressed but the attitude was very uncalled for. I was the only customer in the building and ordered an item straight off the menu.
Surprised that this standard is acceptable, but after reading other recent reviews it appears this is normal.
I wasn’t expecting anything overly friendly even. But the open hostility was very jarring.

Worst experience ever , bad attitude and dirty employees. Order bowls and they were packing and cutting the fruits with their own hands and no gloves.

I got there this morning at 7:00 am and waited for it to open. By 7:10 this individual showed up. She asked me to wait 5 minutes before going in. When I did go in she told me that she wouldn’t work on my order because she had a lot of online orders to work on. I explained how late she was to open and I waited patiently. Do you want to order it or NOT because if you do it won’t be ready I have things to do first and time is ticking.

I usually go to Tropical Smoothie Cafe to get my smoothies but Jamba Juice was more convenient while I was out and about so I decided to give it a try. I got the acai super-antioxidant smoothie with whey protein, a $9+ smoothie. I had already started driving away when I tried the first sip and it tasted rotten! The ingredients were definitely over ripe. That $9 smoothie went right into the trash and I will go out of my way to go to Tropical Smoothie Cafe next time.

They were “out of plastic bowls” but still charged over $11 for 1/3 of the size. I’m not usually one to complain but this was a joke. Also very unimpressed by the service during my last several visits. They are great at making customers feel like an inconvenience, even if there is only one customer in the building. I will not go to this location again.

The Jamba itself was awesome, but the Riverdale store has an employee who is quite rude. She slams down cups and is hostile to customers. Yikes.

Walked in and nobody greeted or acknowledged me but continued working on previous orders. Understandable when things are busy. They finished up and walked to the counter and just looked at me. Didn't say hi or how many I help you or nothing. Just stared. Love the product, but at this location the customer service is severely lacking

Drinks were good, service was rough though. Not even a verbal response to me talking or saying thank you just ignored. Seemed very annoyed I was there, I’ll just go to Layton where they make me not feel like a burden.

I was in about 6 months ago and the Orange Juicer machine was broken. The employee wasn't very empathetic in delivering this news.

I went in today, the machine is still down. The employees seem glad the machine is down and management clearly has ZERO Interest in ever fixing the thing.

Its bad enough when all locations treat the orange juicer like a McDonald's shake machine. Unlike McDonald's, though, you can only go to so many locations for a drink. There are only 2 Jamba juice's near me. The attitude of the employees and management are very upsetting.
