I’m a big fan of Jersey Mike’s Subs but unfortunately this location burnt my Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich which ruined the taste. That has never happened at any of their other locations.

Great sandwiches! I just got the turkey and provolone, I’m simple when it comes to sandwiches. My husband loves the Buffalo chicken sandwich. Their cookies are surprisingly delicious as well!

Waited for 25 minutes and everyone else’s sandwich was made before mine. I paid for my sandwich but had to actually leave because I couldn’t be late for a meeting. You guys owe me a sandwich lol. They made at least 10 sandwiches of peoples that were after mine. Not happy, just mad that they didn’t communicate with me about where my sandwich was in the order. And upset I paid and had to walk out without my sandwich.

This was actually my first time ordering Jersey Mike's subs since years ago from watching people order, I saw the subs were very particular in the ingredients on each sandwich so I wasn't interested in trying but I had just dropped off a passenger at the Maverik close by (I'm a Lyft driver), and I was really hungry and among the row of shops here, this one funny enough sounded the least complicated since I'm driving more after. The menu is pretty simple if you're not picky and the sub I ordered is really delicious honestly. (I did change the bread and request an ingredient be removed and my sub was correct). I sat in my car in front of the store until my email told me to go inside, before picking up my order, (I don't remember the name of the employee I spoke to unfortunately because I was more focused on seeing if the restrooms were allowed to be used by the public since I drink water while I Lyft...), but he was very nice when responding to me and when I came back out, let me know exactly where my order was and he clearly handled my order with care because it honestly looked like a present since my sub, vanilla cream soda, & doritos were nicely placed within what I can think to call it (words are failing me, I'm tired), is the Jersey Mike's version of a medium sized Christmas gift bag and I love it. It was very quiet in the store which was also very calming, this was a great experience for me. If I'm stopped in Riverdale again sometime, I may pick this place to eat again.

The staff was so incredibly nice and helpful and I’ve genuinely never had a better tasting sub I 100% recommend the big kahuna and the original italian I get that at least 1-2 times a week and the staff asks me about my day everytime which is so sweet I love coming here :)

Kensi is absolutely the best. My first time being here and first time in the state and she went above and beyond her call as an employee. She made sure my order was correct, she was absolutely amazing at customer service. She was very nice, polite, and informative. Iwish I could bring her to Georgia restaurant and show them that this is what exceptional customer service is. If I was a hiring manager I'd hire her and she be my top paid employee.

I have been to a lot of Jersey Mikes, and this one is hands down the best. I walked in there and every employee was polite and very kind to me. It was clean and the energy was fantastic. If I could give it 10 stars I would!
