Do like rock hard crunchy donuts for the low low price of $30? If so you're in luck these are so hard they had to be registered as a lethal weapon, its impossible that they are less than 3 days old. If you are looking for the worst donuts in town for the most premium price then this place is the place for you! No wonder the top 25 out of 30 of the most recent reviews are 1 star :) Do Not-Do Nut here! :)

Most expensive donuts I've ever bought! $40.00 for a dozen plain and a few flavored donuts,! Wow! The chocolate and maple were both very bitter. I've never had that at a Krispy Kreme before. They've always been great. I don't know what they did to them, maybe added vinegar to the recipe? Anyway, never again! Anywhere but Krispy Kreme!

They got mad when I arrived at 9pm and asked for original glazed and raspberry filled. They told me they had no more donuts for the night and their machines were broken so they couldn’t make anything at all.

Used to look forward to Krispy Kreme with the family. Lately the service is terrible with teenagers that appear to hate working there. Not sure who make the donuts but they seriously have barely any filling any more. Hope it gets better.

I went through the drive through to buy a few donuts. I asked for an apple fritter & she said “we don’t have any”. Very abrupt reply. I ordered four others & was told to go ahead. At the window the young girl told me $12.75 & I was astounded! Four donuts for that amount?! I paid in cash & left. No smiles. Customer service was poor. Never again. These young people need training & and good supervisor.

Bunch of hoodlums who will close early, lie to your face, and spend their shift outside talking to friends or getting high.If they spent half the effort working that they spent not working, then the place would be decent to visit.

I could not tell if they were even open. What's the point of having a lobby if you lock all the doors? The only indication it's a drive-thru only location is one sign they shove in the back you barely see. All I wanted was a damn donut while I wait for my car to be serviced.

This location never has their specialty donuts in stock. Even if you call ahead of time to place your order.Donuts yesterday didn’t even taste like their own recipe. Inside was dry flaky and tasted about a week old.We have tried a several times to give them another try, yet each time we are disappointed.They also state “their app points or money loaded can’t be redeemed at their location since their scanner doesn’t work.”It has now been 14 months first being told that and same story 3-11-24.Management Needs to do a Mystery Shop stop here and see for themselves.We are officially done here.Layton location is amazing!!

I placed an order the day before for a company meeting with a pickup time of 7:30am. I thought I was safe since they are posted to open at 6am. I showed up at 7:25 and the doors were locked so I waited. I seen someone go through the drive-in so I decided to go through the drive-in and see of I could get my order. The person who I talked to was very rude when I told them I was picking up an order. When I got back to work and opened the boxes the doughnuts had to be a couple days old and nobody wanted to eat them. Bad service on top of bad food equals me never going back and telling everyone I know not to go there...what a joke!

Went in for free donut and was denied since the GM decided the cut off time to obtain a free donut was 2 p.m.. I did not hear a cut off time on the news. I was an hour late. I have not purchased donuts in quite some time and was shocked at the prices and what seemed to be smaller donuts. It was nearly $3.00 for one raspberry glazed donut.
