Came here to order a soda but they said I would have to go inside to order the soda I want but then the restaurant was closed for dining in. Not the first time something like this has happened

This place is hit or miss. Seems like they don't change their oil enough. At times the fries are amazing and others horrible. Staff was friendly enough. Change out that drink machine. Looks horrendous!

Veronica was amazing! Order no salt on fry’s and she made sure there was none and it was a full box full!!! She even made sure I had extra sauce thanks for making my night!!! She needs a raise!

I ordered more than $40 worth of food for my family... I had asked for one of the new sweet chili sauces. When I went back to ask for more sweet chili sauce, I was told I needed to pay for it... When I order over $40 in food, I expect the dipping sauce to be free...

I went to McDonald’s today hoping to buy a toy by itself, as I’ve done at other locations many times before. Unfortunately, the cashier, Diane, told me I had to buy a full meal to get the toy. This was extremely disappointing, especially since I’ve previously purchased toys separately without any issues. I left frustrated and confused—policies like this should be consistent across locations, and customers shouldn’t be made to feel dismissed for a simple request.

i had purchased an oatmeal and they forgot my apples and raisins. when i went in to ask for them they told me id need to repurchase a whole other oatmeal to get the packaged apples. i’m pissed off. i didn’t even eat the plain ass oatmeal

You tell them to listen carefully and they don’t!!! You ask for a number 3, in a large, that means the drink is a large and the fry is a large. You don’t get what you ask for. You ask for a 40 piece chicken nugget and don’t even get that. They can’t get the order correct. And all they want to do is ask “anything else” which is beyond annoying!!!

My husband went to use the restroom and he saw an employee left the bathroom without washing his hands after finishing his business . He talked to the manager and she says oh okay. Hygiene is a big issue here. Will be contacting corporate.
Lacon is an absolutely amazing server, always helpful and cheerful! Never had a bad experience with her! Very funny and always manages to brighten our moods!

Shout out to Lakyn!( sorry about spelling) Phonomenal customer service! She took my order at the drive thru and was patient, friendly, had a great attitude and was just so genuine. Service like hers is just few and far between these days. It was so refreshing! Thanks Queen! 😊 ❤️
