ordered curbside, they did not bring me a receipt, when i asked for one, the gal left and never came back. once i got home, they had also shorted my order.
Just came in 5:30 - 6-10 ish is around the time i was there and all i can say is lady on the back window was amazing had me smile the whole time the cook was amazing cause this food actually taste good unlike other places and on top of that the girl in the front giving out orders was killing it keep in mind i ordered around 15 items in mcmuffins and burritos. This is one of the good ones. Fed my family and me and its actually good so thank you mcdonalds.

This particular store (Roy) is not as bad as the one on 40th and Washington in Ogden. Suppose that's a compliment in itself but any store beats that one. It was lunch time and they were out of several flavors of soft drinks including one I ordered, Dr Pepper😕. Counter person messed up my order of free fries with that when using my loyalty card thru phone app. Restaurant was clean though. I'm biased a bit as quality and service just ain't what it used to be overall. Post COVID everyplace took a dive it seems.

The manager and staff were so friendly and helpful! I brought a group of little girls for a birthday party and before we could even sit down, staff came to check on me and ask if I needed help with ordering or anything. They also wished the birthday girl a happy birthday. They even brought us out a birthday cake! They checked in on us multiple times and were very attentive. They even asked how our food was and everything. One of the little girls spilled their drink on the floor and before I could even get turned around, a staff member was already there cleaning it up. It was honestly hands down the BEST service I have ever received. Every single staff member I encountered was friendly, kind, and went above and beyond. Im super impressed!! I also love the play place is big and spacious with a lot of seating. And bonus that it is closed off from the rest of the restaurant, so you don’t have to worry about run away kids. Everywhere was clean, especially the bathrooms. Thank you to everyone that was there for making it such a great experience. I will be coming to this location more often!! (I usually only write reviews for super amazing experiences, because it’s worth my time to show a little appreciation)

Drive up girl had horrible attitude. I ordered a sausage mc muffin substitute for Canadian bacon. I received actual bacon. I explained it was wrong. She brought me back a non cooked English, cheese not melted and cold Canadian bacon. I said this isn't cooked, she said that's made perfectly. I'm tired of poor quality and indignant staff.
