Food here at the Riverdale store is always fresh and served amazing portions. What’s even better is the customer service. Cooper has to be one of the friendliest people to encounter and you can tell he cares about his job. Makes for a great dining experience.

I stopped for food and was told some meats were unavailable. I chose alternatives and was asked to wait five minutes. After 10 minutes, a worker apologized for mistakenly giving my Chicken Teriyaki to another customer. He offered double the steak, but I later found that I had received only five strips, a small amount of port, and a single serving of steak, despite paying for two portions. The whole experience took longer, and I received less meat than expected. I was not impressed.

I noticed the workers cleaning a table that had kids really trashed. They spent a good amount of time cleaning the table and floor area. This attention to keeping this restaurant sanitary and clean is very much appreciated. The food was also great.

Extremely low quality employees all three of them from the girl claiming to be the manager to the boy claiming to be assistant manager to other man working. Did not receive any sauce or utensils at drive threw as requested. And was not able to finish the meal due to lack of sauce. I’m sorry but 2 packets of sauce is the only difference between buying this meal and not. I returned an hour later with an untouched meal in hand requested a refund. I waited patiently for 25 minutes. The manager (Woman) and assistant manager (Man) would not issue me a refund because I paid cash. They said they would need to contact the owner and have him review the security footage in order to issue a refund. They kept me on site for 25 minutes before taking down my info. It’s been over a week still no refund. I will never visit any of these restaurants again! Thank god! It was terrible! And so expensive when you do it almost every other day! Thank the lord for the three terrible employees working that day! I saved $436 a month by switching to Mo Soba!

Just want to reach out to the world because I like to give the feedback when it’s well deserved. Got half way done with my food and was overwhelmed with gratitude off the back. Just want to say thank you to the staff and whoever runs this store. Got here at 6:25, The greeting I got from the employee’s as I came in was amazing. They asked me how I was and didn’t rush my ordering. The taste of the food has been the best I have ever had from mobettas. I have been to a few from Ogden to all over the salt lake valley. Nothing compares. Staff stays busy and the bathrooms were very clean. Keep up the good work. Goes well with the new atmosphere.

Parking: This location is in a sort of a strip mall, with a couple other restaurants, and there is a wonderful amount of parking between them all.

Shift lead would rather argue with me over the lack of sauces that I was given rather than give an apology and make things right. I won’t be coming back here. Going to LoLo’s instead. Wasted $28 and I was even honest about an undercharged order. Smh.
