Slowest and worst service I’ve ever gotten. It felt like I was babysitting the worker and begging him to make me a pizza. Took forever and he was disrespectful. Pizza wasn’t bad but not worth the hassle.

I always enjoy my experience at MOD. The pizza is good, the portions are large, and the service is generally great. It is a good place to get a pizza that is different than your typical place (Dominoes, Pizza Hut, etc.)

I'm very disappointed with Riverdale Mod. Had a sibling interview here, they let the person interviewing know their pronouns, the person responded 'no we don't do that here.' What do you mean you don't do that here? It's 2025, I thought mod was more inclusive then that. We will not be eating at this mod again. Unless something changes, everyone should feel welcome and have a positive experience and this was NOT that.

I would not recommend eating here if gluten free. We ordered two “build your own” pizzas: the first was a pepperoni and mushroom that was delicious. The crust was thin and a little crispy towards the edges, which is the way I like it. The regular pizza sauce has a little bit of a bite to it, so not my favorite but I didn’t hate it. The second pizza was a cauliflower crust pepperoni for my gluten-free (celiac) daughter. She said it tasted good but almost immediately began to feel sick. Within about an hour she started to vomit and spent the next five-six hours throwing up. To be fair, the place has the usual disclaimer about not guaranteeing no cross contamination so eating out is a risk in itself, but our daughter hasn’t been that sick since she self-sabotaged herself with McDonalds.

I ordered a pizza from here through Doordash. And I am very disappointed. I don't understand how it was sent out for delivery like this but it is evident that the staff at MOD Pizza just don't care.

Food tastes pretty good but the service sucks. Put in an online order at 9pm and app said it would be ready at 9:15. Show up at 9:14 to watch them start making the pizza right in front of me. There was one couple in the store that already had their pizza so I don’t believe they were “busy”. Not impressed that I get to stand at the counter for 10-15 minutes past when it was supposed to be ready.

I will never be eating at MOD in riverdale again. 4 people in line including myself and didn’t get to even order for 35 minutes and everybody had 2 pizzas. I ordered 2 pizzas and an entree salad. Pizzas were raw, and the salad didn’t even fill up the entree bowl. Nobody here works with any kind of liking for their job and works at a snails pace. If I could give 0 stars I would. MOD do better.

The pizza was raw the toppings were cold/raw and undercooked. They didn’t even cut the pizza. All 3 of our pizza were not cooked they came out cold.

Do not go if you have food allergies. Food is good but we have had many issues over the years in regards to food allergies. I often see other veggies accidently drop into other containers and once when I ordered on the app, I got chicken all over my pizza which is something I did not order and am allergic to so my entire pizza had to go in the trash. Would absolutely never recommend for anyone with Celiac.
If you can handle the cross contamination of food/have no food allergies, the pizzas taste good.
Dietary restrictions: Would not recommend for anyone with allergies, especially celiac.

This location needs some serious help. I love Mod pizza but this location is not it. I have been to this location a couple times but it earned my review this time. The workers are very slow and have no sense of urgency to get customers through the line. One of the employees attempted to spread my pizzas sauce with his hands because he didn’t want to go get a spoon from the back. They need to change something about this location.
