Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

I always get the Zuppa Tuscano! The alfredo sauce here makes anything taste amazing.

Had the best server anywhere in ogden. Justice was on top of everything. I would go back just because the service was so good.

I waited a day to post this as I didn't want to write out of frustration. Mothers' Day - the day that moms get taken out for a meal. It happens every year, second Sunday of May. After 1.5 hours, I canceled the order. Grandkids had already been fed, others waiting were getting grumpy. Thanks Del Taco for feeding us. I honestly doubt we try Olive Garden again. They should have stopped taking online orders if they couldn't keep up or at a minimum have the program provide the correct pick up times. Very disappointing.

I wanted to do something nice for my mom for Mother’s Day, so I put in a to-go order here so she wouldn’t have to make dinner. I scheduled it to be ready at 5:15 PM and got a text that it was ready. When I got to the restaurant, all of the to-go spots were full and there was an actual line to get into a spot. I flagged down a to-go specialist after a while and she was very nice and doing her best. She let me know they had no ETA on the food. I waited until about 6:20 PM, and I had to leave. Waiting an hour is quite excessive. While they were happy to cancel my order, no compensation was offered for wasting my time. I want to clarify that the employees were great, but management was lacking in that they didn’t plan for the volume on a busy day. Total fail.

Always a great experience at the Garden. Nothing can beat the Zuppa Toscana and salad. The staff is great, the manager is great, everyone all around.

I've always loved Olive Garden but their food has really gone downhill. Mushy Zupa Toscana, tough chicken. My last visit was disappointing.

We had just an awful experience tonight at the Olive Garden. My husband‘s food had to be remade twice, by the time I was done with my meal we had waited 30 minutes for his food to be edible. Plates stacked mile high on our table, our appetizers and breadsticks didn’t come out for 20 minutes. No refills on our waters, hard to get a hold of our waitress who was not attentive to our table. It was sad because this was our first date after having my baby recently, and we were really looking forward to the evening and our first date as parents. Really letdown by our experience and sad. We wasted it at the Olive Garden.
