Was told that they can't take veggies out of noodles as it's premixed, then they told us that we couldn't take out the mushrooms from the Angus steak, when we have mushrooms allergies, we also have a seafood allergy and they told us they couldn't put the shrimp in a separate bag then the rest of the food. Do not recommend and will not be returning. I went and spent my 120.00 at in and out across the street instead.

Manager A was very condescending. My husband ordered food my children would not eat because it was too spicy. When I came in to order different food they would eat and tried using our viking card, she said she saw me talking to my husband outside and the card was only meant to be used once per customer. I said I wasn't trying to break any rules, and if that was the case of once per household, I only wanted to order two entrees. She said no, you get all three like I was a child breaking the rules. I told her no again and she still said I was getting all three, but she didn't want to see me breaking the rules again. I was up with sick kids all day, and this woman treating me like a child did not sit well. I didn't want to be there anymore than she did.

Great food! But forgot my teriyaki sauce again. Please train staff to hand out teriyaki sauce, sweet and sour sauce, and regular soy sauce. Also got no fortune cookies this time around

Worst experience I’ve ever had here I have been going to this location for years and I have never been treated so badly. the gentleman that was initiating the orders was rude and to frazzled to even listen to what the customers wanted I watched him dish up food for an older lady gave her the wrong item then when she corrected him he scraped the wrong item off the top of her bowl of food back in the serving bowl and then put the correct item in. Then when he got to me he was not listening to my order and only seamed Interested in the online orders that were coming in. when the young lady finally came to help me and I tried to explain my order he interrupted accused me of yelling at her which I was not I may have raised my voice so she could hear me over the noise of the kitchen and restaurant so that I could get my order correct. but I was not yelling. Im not sure who this gentleman is but he has ruined my experience at this restaurant and I will not be returning there ever again.
