Scheduled an order for pickup on my way home from work and they canceled it when I was getting close. Extremely disappointing. Then I placed my order upon arrival and it was the slowest service ever. Not coming back.

I’m really not sure why there’s so many negative reviews - I’ve been here several times with my brother already and it’s been awesome! You can order on a kiosk or in person, and the food is ready in a really reasonable time (not to mention there are some really awesome combos so you can grab a cheap and filling lunch)! Plus there’s several outlets and nooks so a prime time study spot. Perfect if you want to grab something to go or sit down and eat. After my brother and I had ordered from the kiosk, we even had a staff member to come over to greet us and ask us if we needed anything. If you’re on the fence about going to this location due to the other negative reviews - I highly encourage you to give it a try! (I get that when things first open it can be a bit rocky as they’re learning the ropes, but I’d say they’ve really hit their stride now :D)

The food is great but the customer service sucks. Watched a couple people stand and wait to order and I watched 4 employees walk past and not offering help as two more employees stand to the side socializing with each other and playing on their phones as the manager watches and says nothing. None of the tables was cleaned. Better find a different location if you Wana talk to anyone about ordering.
We love Panera. We have been several times and have had zero issues with the food, staff or service. It's a great place to sit, dine and have a conversation. Very comfortable and clean
