Guy two people behind me calls one of the workers over and asks if they all still cooking pizza. she says no and says they have two. He says he wants them. So now it's my turn to place my order and pay and I'm told there is no pizza. I asked all what about the pizza for the guy two behind me. She tells me it's first come first serve. I said yes and I'm first in line. He is two behind me. So he gets two pizzas and we get none. That was bull crap. Waited in line like we should and we get screwed. My membership is up in two weeks. Guess I'll go to Costco when I get my new membership.

Couldn’t get anyone to come out for my pickup order. Wasted an hour and didn’t get my groceries and spent 30mins straight calling into the store and continually got disconnected after 7mins or so and had to call jn again. Never got a human on the phone. They shouldn’t offer grocery pick up if there’s not somebody assigned to do it in there to check on people when they have glitches in their system. They told me my groceries were ready I checked in the app said I was checked in and then no one ever showed up at a small child in the car and had to leave eventually

The photo center is RIDICULOUS. My husband picked up an order and when he got home he realized they had missed 4 different items of an order placed online. He promptly called to have them print the items so we could pick them up (we get it, busy time of year things get missed), they were BEYOND rude to my husband on the phone (He's about as nice as they come.) THEN when he went to pick up the order the photo person was "on break" leaving 2 helpless employees to figure out wha
The bathroom was absolutely disgusting! Toilets had stains all around the bowl, sinks were dirty and had water all over, mirrors were spotted, and the whole place smelt awful. There’s no way it could have been cleaned today (were there at 1:30pm). I sure hope the food prep areas are better kept than that bathroom was!
