Stood at the register for 5+ minutes waiting for someone to take my order. They acknowledged i was there but never took my order. But there were 3 staff standing around chit chatting with each other. I sat back down since no one was taking my order. Finished with my business partner, and left. Music was playing way too loud to have any quality conversation. Table was sticky.

This is a well above-average Starbucks location, but I REALLY wish they weren't instructed or feel obligated to try and have a conversation with people buying coffee before 6am... because bud, I'm here for caffeine and sustenance so I don't commit a crime, I'm not here to have a conversation.

Whenever you go through the drive-through or DoorDash, they never can give you the right amount of Sriracha you ask for you ask for four they give you one you asked for three they give you absolutely zero packets. This is the only location that can never get an order right.

If you ever want to feel what it would feel like to be invisible, go here! Like I expect anything more from Starbucks but I adore standing at the counter, making eye contact with 3 different employees and not being acknowledged. Excellent customer service......not.

I received excellent service when stopping by in the afternoon to pick up a coffee traveler. The coffee was brewed quickly and everything was packaged well.

I PULLED UP TO THE DRIVE-THRU AND ASKED FOR CAFFEINE FREE, KETO STYLE WITH A SUGAR FREE SYRUP ...AND Alexa CREATED THE MOST AMAZING ICED "LATTE" THAT I HAVE EVER HAD! honestly, I was not expecting much being that it was decaffeinated but she made it perfectly cold and perfectly hot! I hope your co-workers can repeat what you can do because you set the bar pretty high today! Thank you!
