I PULLED UP TO THE DRIVE-THRU AND ASKED FOR CAFFEINE FREE, KETO STYLE WITH A SUGAR FREE SYRUP ...AND Alexa CREATED THE MOST AMAZING ICED "LATTE" THAT I HAVE EVER HAD! honestly, I was not expecting much being that it was decaffeinated but she made it perfectly cold and perfectly hot! I hope your co-workers can repeat what you can do because you set the bar pretty high today! Thank you!

I come to this Starbucks all the time and they do a great job but this last time I went they made my drink wrong. The vanilla cold foam wasn’t even vanilla cold foam and they forgot to put Carmel drizzle in it and it costs like 4 extra dollars for Carmel drizzle and cold foam. I just felt like I wasted my money on a drink that I didn’t even drink.

I've been to a lot of Starbucks around here, and this one is simply the best and definitely the fastest service.
Ugh, went inside and the barista made mistakes on two connective days with my DRIP coffee orders. Realized I received grandes, instead of ventis, after getting to the car the 2nd (and final!) day. C'mon man!?

Accepted an order for my mother-in-law through DoorDash and then when the dasher went to pick it up they said they didn’t have the breakfast wrap wasn’t available. They are suppose to update the app when things are not available and then they don’t answer the phone when a DoorDash representative called to ask about order.
