Love this location always superb coffee ☕️ and the grandbabies love ❤️ the cake pops I unfortunately have had to switch to decaf and I used to prefer Beans and Brew to Starbucks but they can't make a decent tasting cup of decaf to save my life lol but Starbucks makes a awesome cup of decaf and for people like me that were forced off of caffeine and someone who loves and appreciates a great tasting cup of coffee ☕️ I want to thank the entire crew for the accuracy of my order also I have been other places that figure it doesn't matter if it's really decaf but it can kill some of us quite literally so thank you for the care and diligence in doing your job wellDietary restrictions: Caffeine intolerance

Seems like there’s a disconnect with mobile orders lately. I normally mobile order my London fog iced tea, as I know that drink can be a pain to make for the steep time. Everytime I go through the drive through they end up handing me a hot London Fog…the order correctly shows up on the app and is placed correctly , so I know it’s not user error.I’m just not sure if they are rushing and not reading the mobile order correctly or what’s going on.But then they have to remake the drink iced, which takes even more additional time and it seems like they are rushing it so that doesn’t allow for the steep time and it ends up tasting like straight water or the quality is garbage . This is the third time this happened this week and the app tracks all orders..so there’s receipts of how it comes through. Really frustrating when I’m trying to be mindful of their time and mine.

I have noticed lately my cups are not all the way full when I leave. It's happened several times. They need to fill cup then add the whip. Disappointing when you get 5 mins down the street to find your cup 3/4 full.

This location used to be so good... fast and on the ball. Lately I've had to leave the drive thru lane and waste my money from mobile orders because the lines take so incredibly long now (15+ mins with like 3 or 4 cars ahead) and I need to get to work.
I ordered a Tall Chestnut praline, it felt kind of light but didn’t think much of it. I was on my break and when I got to work I opened it to see it was pretty empty. When you pay X-amount for coffee you think they’d at least fill it up :( employee was friendly though during interaction.

The staff were great and we appreciated them. My espresso was perfect and wasnt burnt at all (like i have experienced at most other Starbucks locations).I really just feel that the cleanliness of the location could DEFINITELY be worked on. My partner and I came to sit in first thing in the morning. It was around 07:00 and good lort, the floor was horrendous. It appeared that there was no cleanup the night before. I went to wash my hands in the bathroom and it was even worse in there. There was 5 ladies behind the counter, all working very hard on completing orders. I am just surprised that they didn't have one spare employee to clean. During the half hour my partner and I were there, two customers also commented on how filthy the place was.Summary: Great staff, good service, busy location, not very clean.
