If I could do zero for this location I would… I’ve been to this Starbucks many times, drive through and dine in and there is a barista there that just has a bad attitude. She made my drink wrong and I asked nicely for the one I ordered and she didn’t say anything to me for a good 10 seconds and then asked me what was wrong with it in an evil way, when I told her she just grabbed it out of my hands and didn’t say anything and when I received the right drink she kinda just threw it in the counter and walked away… um okay. And then today around 4, I walked in trying to order a water with a couple pumps of raspberry. I said I would pay for it and she completely denied me. Not in a “ohh we can’t do that I’m sorry” but very rude. I asked if she could charge me for a custom ice tea or similar base beverage to account for the labor and ingredients used but she was so rude I just walked out and didn’t order anything. Her name starts with a S or something like that she’s got brown hair also. Maybe she was having a bad day both times I’ve seen her but have some respect for your paying customers.

Starbucks you need to do better I shouldn’t have to repeat myself a million times in the drive thru and you still screw up. It was a simple order something that is listed on the menu and you even screwed up the size.

I normally don’t go to Starbucks but I really needed a coffee. I didn’t know what to order, there were so many options. Tracy took her time with me , and helped me decide. She was so sweet and patient with me. Tracy made my visit to Starbucks a great experience. I will certainly be going back a couple times a week now . Starbucks needs more wonderful employees like Tracy.

This Starbucks routinely gets my order wrong. They consistently forget things like putting a drizzle on top or adding in the extras I ordered. But I still get charged for them.
first time i’ve walked into a starbucks and was welcomed! such friendly staff and quick service! the cashier recommended new sauces for my order and it turned out great! need more employees like the ones at this location! 😇
