Super long wait, just for my drink to taste like milk. TERRIBLE SERVICE. A customer asks if a done drink was theirs and the worker replies with “I don’t know”. Don’t go to this Starbucks. Waste of money and time.

Had to wait 10 minutes to have our order taken when we were first in line, and then we had to wait another 30 minutes for our drinks and we didnt get the extra espresso shots we paid for as well cause the baristas wouldnt stop talking to eachother and to other customers about race, ethnicity, where theyve lived, and where not to live. This is not professional to be talking about when there are customers waiting for the drinks that they paid for.Wont be going there ever again and i will tell everyone i know not to go there.

Severe staffing issues and the lone barrista reminds me of the sloth in Zootopia. People in front of me have left the line. This isn't the first time this has happened. The Starbucks further away is faster to get coffee from when I take a break from work.

Took forever to make a drink that my wife had to throw away because she asked for almond milk in her drink because she's lactose intolerant. She got regular milk and whipped cream so it met the trash can instead, but we didn't notice until we were already gone.

When there is a Starbucks across the street, it makes it hard to want to go to the one in target, when they can't do the same things like take the app payments, use the same rewards, etc, I would much rather just go to a actual starbucks
