Tired to get a hold of some type of customer service but subway I guess impossible to get a number for.
My visit here was unfortunately my last. While I was in this establishment the employee was completely out of line of with her own customer service. This lady for some reason thought yelling at customers and her tone of voice was a good idea for some reason. I was very uncomfortable by her behavior. There was no argument or disagreement. The individuals were calm and just trying to get their food and get back to work. Subway just doesn’t gaf anymore I guess.

Forgot to add I also was spoken to with nearly the same attitude.

If I could give them 0 stars, I would but it made me give them at least 1. I go here often since I work close by, and 99% of the time I have a negative experience. They never get my order right, they are slow, some of the employees are very rude, today I waited 20 minutes in the drive thru. I ended up going in since I had already wasted 20 minutes of my break.

Took them 40 extra minutes past pick up time to get my mobile order, while waiting at least 5 other groups came through, ordered, paid, and left, they were out of the drinks for the kids meals. Horribly understaffed and undertrained employees. Wish we went anywhere else.

Honestly, this Subway is disgusting. Everything is broken, it's so hot that I almost fainted, and I started feeling really bad. I'm reporting it to public health because this place shouldn't be open for humans. Eating here is inhumane—it's very dirty and unsanitary. The employees have a bad attitude, which is understandable given the terrible condition of the restaurant. Being there for just five minutes feels like an oven. Very bad experience.

My daughter and I went here for dinner and walked into a literal furnace. Apparently, the A/C is currently broken and the entire store is about 98 to 100 degrees and still…the two employees there were pleasant and helpful. They were polite and punctual and tried their absolute best to not show how the heat bothered them. I think for just today alone, they deserve a raise for suffering through that kinda heat. Plus the food was great so thank you to those two. My daughter and I thank you

Got here at 9AM when they open at 8:30AM no one here lights not on no one answered the drive through speaker. Won’t be returning after poor service.

very rude employee, have been here twice and the one of them is always yelling at the other guy in front of clients, this is very uncomfortable and unprofessional, let not ignore the fact that they are always low on ingredients (cheese, bread, cookies, soda fountain)

Ordered online through Uber to have one Tuna sandwich. Considering almost nobody orders that sandwich, I know they have tuna in there. My Uber driver showed up only to realize that the lobby is closed and the employees just stared at the druver like a deer in headlights.

The sign on the door says temporarily closed due to supply issues. I'd like to believe this is true, but considering all the other reviews about this location I highly doubt that's the case.

Considering there's no manager on site, you'd think there'd be better precaution with kids running this place. But it's a free for all.

I tried calling multiple times, so did my dasher. No answer. Worst management. Don't eat here.

Absolute most horrible Subway ever owned!! They cancelled my order after waiting for 45 minutes because they were out of meatballs. When I tried to contact them it took 15 minutes for them to answer the phone. When I called I was greeted by a kid said they tried to call 3 times and that the dasher tried to call as well. I never received one phone call. When I asked for his manager he said there wasn't one. When I said when will they be in he said they are hardly ever here. When I asked for the managers name he said he could not give it to me. It's so frustrating that things like this continue to happen at this Subway and nobody ever does anything to fix it or make it better. Bad management horrible employees equal crappy business. Don't eat here!!

Went in 2-3 days ago to get a sandwhich and it went off without a hitch, great food. Great service. But sunday (today) i go and theres a girl and a guy who have the lobby closed down so they can say they are out of stuff like cups and bowls so they dont have to serve the customers what they want. When i was there 2 days ago i saw a shelf FULL of cups right outside the walk in freezer but the girl insisted that they were out of them today, knowing that since im not in the lobby and cant clearly see the cups she can just lie like that without being called out.

All i wanted was half of the veggies on the side, instead of all of it on the sandwich so i could save half the sandwich for work tomorrow and put the veggies on after i microwave it, but i guess thats just too much work for a little girl to do. Went to mcdonalds instead, enjoying a strawberry banana smoothie as I write this. 10/10 on flavor and cost!

If i were the manager, (which i have been one in the past) id be upset at the canceled order and the loss of sales due to the cancellation. Maybe the guy and girl who were there today can explain the loss of inventory to the boss and start opening the lobby again on sundays

Also the store is kinda messy on the inside, but a few days ago when i went the 2 short guys who were there were great! Excellent people. Definitely not the same people i got today. Who forces people to use a drive thru when you have a perfectly good lobby, especially on superbowl sunday. One would think maximizing sales would be the goal on one of the busiest fast food days of the year

Geeeeeewhizzzzz, just ordered 3 sandwiches on Super Bowl day and when I got home I couldn’t believe it. They hardly had any meat on them and the kid making the subs had a bad attitude. In fact, his attitude sucked big time. That subway isn’t going to last very long. THEY SUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
