My husband and I went for the first time as a late night dinner after I got off work and we were met with a huge smile and welcoming words from Junie! She was just the sweetest and made us feel so at home, like talking to a dear friend! We rarely get good customer service especially in fast food and this was just stellar 10/10 service. We also talked to the owner of the Riverdale store and she was just as sweet! She sat and talked to us for a while and we were beaming after the whole experience. Even without the delicious food that they served us we would still be back. They also offered us free custard at the end of our visit. Such a great group. We will definitely be back soon just for the experience we had there! Recommend HIGHLY! -Sami & Brant

I wanted to share our recent experience at Super Chix. We always enjoyed visiting, but unfortunately, our last visit was very disappointing.
We waited in line for over 10 minutes, and during that time, no one took our order or even acknowledged our presence. It was clear that the line was growing, yet no one was running the register. It seemed like the manager or lead staff member was primarily focused on the soda area and ice cream machine, leaving the counter unattended.
We’ve visited this location before and have always had good experiences, so this was a stark contrast to the service we’ve come to expect. It was frustrating to wait so long with no communication or effort to address the line.
I hope this was just an off day, but I wanted to make you aware of the situation. Our party ended up leaving your establishment.

My daughter Heather has raved about Super Chix in Riverdale, UT, as she has been there many times. Today was my first time there, your outstanding and friendly employee, Graysen, took our order and was very happy, and positive about all the products that you serve. Graysen also advised me of the children's meals you offer and allowed me to try your custard, and offered it to me in the flavor of my choice! Graysen had an attitude of thankfulness for their job and seems to enjoy working there, and this definitely translates to your customers. My customer experience was top-tier today, the food was of course, delicious! Graysen was a huge part of this very positive dining experience, thank you!!

I came into this establishment and was instantly greeted with kindness. My wife and 2 kids came along with me and we had a good time spending time together. Everything tasted so good and the service was amazing. The manager, Andy came up to our table and asked how everything was going. She was very kind to us and was very patient with my noisy children. I will continue coming to this establishment.

The food and the workers are very nice. They got the food out fast and it was hot. Everyone that works here looks on task and are always doing there best to help as much as they can.

Great chicken place, fun menu items. Try the loaded fries and custard. Staff is always super friendly and helpful. This is one of our favorite restaurants in the area.
