I recently had an awesome experience at the Riverdale Superchix. About a week ago, the power went out in all of Riverdale and I had to cancel an order because of insane traffic.
I was never refunded, though, and today I called the store manager Bretty and he helped me get that same order again.
Amazing customer service! They trusted me that I had placed an order that I paid for, but didn’t get.
He was Very respectful. They train them right over at Superchix .

I've been coming here for months and it's amazing EVERY time. The Bacavo Sandwhich and the Rosmary black pepper fries are amazing!!! We also love the custard!!! Happy to have this place move it! .....also the sauce bar is 12/10 😍

I’ve only been here 3 times and each time I got the chicken sandwich. The food is really good!! Expensive, but good. Only thing I didn’t care for is when I asked for fries, the cashier cut me off before I finished my sentence and they rattled off the seasonings so fast that I couldn’t understand a damn thing they were saying. My god I’m getting old.

This place was pretty good. We don’t have this chain in Vegas where we are from. I wanted to stop by because I sounded good & the name was unique. This place is kind of pricey but it is not your typical fast food place as all the food looked very fresh. The atmosphere reminds me of Shake Shack which we do have in Vegas. The custard was great! Definitely stop by here if given the chance.

$15 for a chicken sandwich including tax. Add large fry and drink for an additional $15 including tax and tip. And yes, they expect a tip up to 30 percent. No combo meals. Our family of six added custard. Total cost $180. We did the same at In n Out for $60.

Shoutout to Cam for creating a superb customer experience! It was our first time in and he took care of us at our table. My parents are older adults and needed some assistance with their frozen custard, and he helped without hesitation.

2025 update. Haven’t been here in a while but the chicken is half the size now. They were known for having a proper chicken sandwich. Prob won’t come back now

Nice juicy breaded or grilled chicken. The cordon blue sandwich was pretty good. The cheese fries was not as expected and was a liquid cheese and not traditional cheese. I’ll skip the cheese fries. Classic fries are fine since there are a good selection of sauces to choose from.

Yum, yum, yum! We were traveling through and needed a spot that was open on a Sunday—so glad we found this place! It felt like the chicken version of Five Guys with the generous portion of fries and fresh flavors. My husband got the Korean BBQ and inhaled it, while I ordered the Bacavo Ranch and absolutely loved it. Even our kids devoured every bite of their tenders! The fried pickles came out hot and delicious. We ended the meal with a Reese’s custard, which was the perfect way to cool off on a hot day. The staff was incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful. We were very impressed with everything!

The food is yummy, but they charge separately for everything. You can't get chicken, fries and a shake in a combo... You have to pay seperate for LITERALLY everything, which jacks the price up big time... Would give 5 stars if it weren't for the ripoff pricing...
