THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! and the manager… she has a stick up somewhere it shouldn’t. Never had good service here and the food is good when they get your order right, but that’s rare or your sandwich isn’t even stacked it’s falling all over the place. If you work for customer service, you should have at least be a decent attitude Don’t have to be super friendly, but you have to be pleasant to people and that woman is not.

Fries were horrible... I'm sure they had been been sitting for s few hours. Burger hardly had any ketchup... so dry. The honey mustard sauce was the only thing that tasted good.

Stopped here to get lunch and like other Wendy's my order was only like 30% right ..awhile they fixed it, this encounter has left a bitter taste in my mouth.
Will be a long time before I come back to this Wendy's

I was ordering and this girl with curly blond hair was super rude I had ordered and asked them if they could make a slight change to my order after I had gotten to the window and she was super disrespectful and said we should have ordered at the drive threw and then she decided to hand us are drinks and literally spilled them all wasn’t really worried about us not ordering before hand it was the attitude after I asked to make the slightest change to my order I think they should have better customer service even if they were to get irritated that’s not how customer service works and should be.

Chicken sandwich was not fresh at all. Didn't even put extra sauce like I asked. Employees handed food to me then asked to pull up and wait for the Frosty they would bring it out over 10 mins for a Frosty and several more cars during that time go thru the drive thru completely and get all their food. After about 10 mins into waiting I had to go back around and was then told sorry to wait some more they were making it. Pulled back up and waited several more minutes. When handed the Frosty employees had nothing to say no apologies.

I orderd a asiago chicken sandwich with bacon potato a oreo frosty when my food was delivered i was met with a melted frosty no oreo when I opened my bag there was no baked potato no spoon straw or fork then I went to open my chicken. Sandwich only to find it was a baconator hamburger then I tried to reach out to the store called 4 times and they refused to answer the phone I will be calling the corporate office tomorrow.

This is the closest Wendy’s to me, I also am a dasher and pick up here frequently. They are very disorganized. There is no system. They don’t acknowledge you when you come in.
