They messed up my order completely today, i’ve gone here a couple times and it’s never been a good experience. I’ve always given the benefit of the doubt but now it’s just plain and clear it’s lack of care/ brain cells.
I called to tell them how they messed up my order, right off the bat the guy who answered had an attitude, probably gets this call often! I had to hang up as it was clear he wasn’t going to do anything nor care.
All I can say is, step it up! This is McDonald’s behavior. This is a treat with how expensive it is and yet this place ruins it every time. Lesson learned on my end, you guys need to learn yours starting with horrible staff.

I got this doordashed, i recently moved from murray so i thought i’d give it a try. Oh boy. It’s gotta be teenagers working here or something because it was so careless. Missing drink, they wouldn’t give the dasher the cup. Took over an hour to even start making it but wasn’t busy at all, gave me the wrong fries and wrong size of fries, and i got a sandwhich with sauce on it but there’s no sauce. Slc wing stops would never and have never done this, the sandwhich is always smothered in sauce and the fries and size are always right. Screw this place truly, i understand one mistake but how do you screw up the entire order, and not even being busy?

Came to Wingstop to order some wings and have been sitting here for 30 minutes. They only had two people working - very understaffed.Then the worker realized the food had been done for 15 minutes and they never told us it was ready.
The wings are top notch I got lemon pepper and original hot both were good I highly recommend it

genuinely so dirty and disgusting, the front was vile, the soda machines touch screen was literally SO sticky. none of the tables were being cleaned. nothing was refilled, straws, was barren. we ordered for 3 people, had to wait for LITERALLY 40 MINUTES. i asked for EXTRA SEASONING AND WELL DONE fries. there is zero seasoning in these fries and literally cold. do not come here. this is so trash. layton location was INFINITELY better.
