Visited last week and wasn’t super impressed sadly. When we pulled up the first thing that was off was that there was no menu anywhere. There were some slides going on the tv’s but no menu. How are people supposed to decide what they want without a menu to look over? First annoying thing. When we were able to pull up the kid asks us what we’d like, but we have to take more time up asking for a menu and then looking it over. I asked for a medium (16oz) breve sweetened with honey. He comes out with a small after a few minutes. So I ask about it, and he says “oh I entered it in as a small.” We were charged as a small so whatever, I didn’t care at that point. They definitely sweetened the small with the intent of sweetening a 16oz though, so it was too much! Sadly probably won’t be super willing to return unless it’s a last resort.
I see some reviews about the employees having a little too much fun while working and making mistakes on drinks quite often. I do believe the workplace should be a fun and positive place for young teens/adults. They should be excited to go to work! But I also see how too much of that can lead to a lack of seriousness when it comes time to get to work. There was a bit of that going on while making our order so I wonder if that’s what lead to the mistake on my drink.

Love 7 brew coffee, the staff is always friendly, mostly wanting to talk. Quick and easy to order, recommend the Brunette. I love that 7 brew has drinks that actually taste like coffee, not just sugar and milk. Kids drinks are also a great selection!

I really wanted to like this place, I’ve had 7 brew in other states and liked it. Unfortunately, I have ordered the exact same drink about 5 or 6 times, and it is always, always super inconsistent. And to be completely honest it just gets worse and worse. I will not be going back again and I recommend checking out any other coffee shop, especially since there are so many options in the same vicinity.

I love the coffee. Love the rewards system. I love that they do 1/2 and 1/4 sweet and even sugar free. We walked here once and they don’t have a walk up window it’s a drive through only type of place. But they obviously still took our order.
The employees here are really friendly, but every time I’ve gone, they’ve gotten the drink sizes wrong. They also load my drinks with way too much ice, which makes it feel like I’m paying for mostly water. It seems like they just punch in the order without actually listening to the specifics of what you asked for. On top of that, the music is always blasting so loud that it’s hard for them to hear you — which probably adds to the mix-ups.
I wish the service was more consistent, because the staff has a good attitude, but the execution really needs improvement.

I would give it 6 stars if I could! New favorite coffee shop! Their turnaround is so quick and they are also a lot less expensive (or at least for what I get) than competitors like Dutch Bros, or Starbucks. Staff is also very friendly but not fake!

This is the best coffee I have ever had. I was visiting Utah from Connecticut and became completely addicted to this coffee and don’t look forward to going back to my east coast coffee. The service was also amazing, everyone is so friendly. Anna G was awesome. On my way to Utah again and can’t wait for my morning coffee :)
