We stopped by A&W Restaurant on our road trip from Salt Lake City to Arches National Park. It was a nice surprise to find KFC items on the menu. We dined in at a big table, and everything was clean. The staff were friendly, and we enjoyed a relaxing lunch before continuing our journey.
The restroom door was a bit out of order, and overall, the restroom could use better cleaning.

All around OK food but I don't believe the ice cream machine is out, this is a staple of the community and I highly doubt corporate A&W would let something as widely known as that and easy to shelf be out. Also recieved 5 nuggets with a famous bowl? Sad... no wonder the A&W in draper closed. Where's the love?

The owner is so nice. I really enjoy coming here not just for the food but the great service, conversations, and friendly atmosphere. Like, I know it's an international chain but man I feel like it's a local place with how much the owner interacts and cares about the patrons.

Ordered 5 pc chicken nugget, a rootbeer freeze and apple bites.
Was told to pull around and waited over 20 minutes to have them forget the rootbeer freeze and also had none of the sauce in the bag for the nuggets.
Walked inside to get sauce and root beer freeze and watched the employees skate around carelessly on the nasty greasy floor. When someone finally addressed me at the counter they proceeded to argue about who forgot to make the damn shake and when someone finally did they didn’t even wash off the nasty blender they stuck right into my drink. It had clearly been covered in icecream and rootbeer for quite some time. The Five tiny nuggets maybe the size of a nickel were ALL hard and cold!! I wouldn’t have left the review but my last experience before this visit was pretty much the same. TWO THUMBS DOWN. The gal at the window was very kind and professional though

Inside KFC Restaurant. Tuesdays PAPA Burger Combo Special. Great deal for $5. Love the Coated Fries, cheese on the burger, always get the root beer. Friendly staff to help you. Good parking with easy access from main roads.
Parking: Park right next to building. Huge area to park and it is all free.
Kid-friendliness: Plenty of items to pick from to eat.

Usually A&W has good food, but sadly this trip I didn't purchase anything as they were out of root beer! How does A&W run out of their namesake product???!!! The person helping me did not seem to care, nor was she apologetic. I decided it was best to get lunch elsewhere that day.
Completely over priced. I paid $8 for 2 little buns with chili, cheese, mustard & onions and the root beer was watered down. ?

Showed up to buy a rootbeer freeze more than 30 minutes before closing and they informed us they’d already cleaned their ice cream machines out for the day and weren’t serving anymore. Pretty pathetic. Even working in fast food we were never allowed to do things like that before closing.

Some of the worst service I've ever experienced short of verbal abuse. There appears to be four people in the back, but no one at the counter. Sporks are not restocked, no ketchup or sauce without asking and fountain machine is broken.We were served diet drinks, but attendant was gone as we needed to ask for a refill with regular. We were able to grab ice cream spoons from behind the sneeze shield instead of Sporks so that was okay. We finally shouted for attention to get BBQ sauce and ketchup. They gave us BBQ then left. Where's the ketchup?Terrible. If you need your KFC and A&W fix, go somewhere else.

The fries are old, we've been waiting for the rest of our food for 15 minutes, and they gave us the mash potatoes for the car in front of us. Lucky we're together! Get yourselves together people. Until then, one star because zero isn't an option.
