I'm not sure what is going on with this location. Cold stale curly fries once again. Some so hard I'm surprised I didn't break a tooth.
Even when I specifically asked if the Curly fries were fresh as were assured that they were.
Never coming back, your batting 0.

I went in ordered a Arby’s melt a medieum fry and a Coke for my pregnant wife and a buffalo slider and a beef and cheddar for me and got charged 18$ and I didn’t receive my order at all! And when I try to call to talk to someone about it I get ignored or answered and hung up on. I highly don’t recommend this place to anyone!!!! People were sitting down not having a care in the world, KINDA DISRESPECTFUL YOU CANT EVEN ANSWER YOUR PHONE OR MAKE IT RIGHT

What happened here? This used to be the best Arby’s in the valley, now I feel like no one cares about the quality anymore. Meet cut thick, (not wafer thin like supposed to be) old fries. I’ve ordered French dip 4 times in a row and the past 3 times I’ve tried to call in to make them aware of issues but no one answers even if they are slow. But 4 times in a row getting the dip and my beef au jus is very light colored and taste like water. Not very satisfying when dipping my sandwich in a bowl of water…..wtf are they penny pinching so bad that they can’t put enough au jus beef flavor in there….

The chicken sandwiches have always been good, until tonight. It tasted old and very crispy dry no white meat at all. They don't answer the phone and after it rings it's picked up and hung up. Very sad

I never had Arby's before I moved to Utah. I was pleasantly surprised with the food quality.
But this location staff is amazing. Miguel, who I believe is the manager or supervisor, is one of the best service employees I ever met. I even left my wallet one day and ge gave me the food and told me to come back when I can.
Give this man a raise because he cares about his customers.

Absolute horrible service today. Seems as though the person at the window was deliberately trying to be rude, and short with us. Will not go there again.

Waited 7 minutes at the counter with no one in front of me. Not busy in drive up only 3 other customers in the building. Made eye contact with a few staff members but not a single greeting or ask what I’d like. Finally the shift lead came out from behind the drive up and asked what can I get for you? Need to up your greeting and communication game at this location.

Only stopped in for a mint shake but everybody was very friendly and helpful
Whoever the girl that was working the window around 4:10ish was amazing when it came to customer service. Just wanted to come on here and give her some recognition and tell her to keep up the good work (:
