Terrible service, most of the people there especially at night don’t care at all. Especially because with the lights dimmed down and the way they get your order wrong constantly it seems like they want to dissuade you from going there. The owner/manager has some firing to do.

Horrible service here, i walked in, they made me wait 15 minutes before saying hi and taking my order. note i was the only one in here.
then they wouldn’t accept gift cards, so i was already waiting for 15 minutes while i was the only customer, then they say they dont take gift cards.
never go here again

It was ok the food was not really but together really well when we got it and it took them like 5 minutes to get us our Curly fries even though I could see a bin of them in the back, I got the Chicken ranch rap and it kind almost fell apart as I ate it, and it also wasn't as good as I thought. Also I didn't realize that the things from the 3 for 5$ are usually small so don't recommend for adults.

Buffalo chicken sliders didn't have buffalo sauce on them.
We came through the drive thru tonight and waited for a good 5 minutes with no cars in front of us to even be greeted at the intercom. Then, was greeted very oddly and not in a way we could understand. We had a small order of only 2 sandwiches and 1 large fry. They left out the fry and we didn't realize it until we got home. The girl working the drive thru did not not speak clear enough englush to be understood. The landscaping around the store was a mess. Garbage, weeds and 2 ft. Tall grass along the drive thru lane. If the outside looks that bad, you wonder what the inside will look like.

Went and dined in with my girlfriend. We were the only ones in the lobby. Nobody greeted us for 10 minutes. The gal, which was taking food out to the drive-thru cars, saw us and still no greeting. The manager, Manuel, finally comes to the register and says, "What can I get for you?" We ordered and to dine in. The order came in a bag.Sat down to find the lobby condiments (horsey sauce, Arby's sauce, and ketchup) were out. Neither napkin dispenser worked. Sauce cups were out. The drink machine was leaking water onto the counter, onto the floor. Most of the tables were dirty. Overall, disappointment.At this point, I would say the food is the best part. It was as ordered and good.

This location is close to home and work so I end up here, but I’d rather drive to one further away. This hasn’t been a recent thing- several years have shown poor service and food. I was given a gift card, but have been told I can’t use it 3 separate times in April 2024 because “the system is offline”. This isn’t the employees fault, but poor management to get the systems working consistently.The woman taking drive thru orders 4/23/24 was short and didn’t even engage- I asked a question before ordering and she said “is that all?” … I had to say “ummm I haven’t ordered anything yet.” Then I get to the window and they charge me for the completely wrong order and hand me the wrong food. Then recharge for the right food, hand me the wrong drink again and I had to correct it.Some issues with management for sure. But also understaffed and overworked people with little training and experience. Line in the drive thru takes forever

Honestly, I’m fed up with this location. There has not been a single time where they haven’t forgotten something. I never get my sauces, I’ve never gotten sandwiches, sides, drinks, and one time I never got my card back from them.I worked at arbys, I know what the job entails, it’s not that hard.I will say that I’ve only ever been there at night, so maybe it’s the night crew? Maybe it’s poor leadership. Either way, I’m done.Do yourself a favor, when you’re in this area avoid this arbys.

I have never post a review but this store deserves an amazing review, so I went on Friday with my wife and when we got at Arby’s they had a really long lane in the drive thru and when we went in I realized that there was only one person taking the orders from the drive thru and the front, Antwane was amazing!!!, it looks like he was kind of stressed for the rush but that’s okay he was the only one taking orders he was very patient and showed us a smile, so once we order our food after 5 minutes our was was ready to eat and fresh That’s the Arby’s I know when I was a kid!!, I know many stores that would kill for a manager like him thanks for such a good service me and my wife appreciate it a lot! ??????

Sawyer is the single best employee I've encountered at a fast food restaurant before. Genuinely a fantastic worker, helpful, genuine and hard working. I've worked in fine dining restaurants and would have killed for an employee like him there. This is my first time eating at arby's in more than 6 years after repeated bad experiences, and tonight cleared the slate!
