The Mello Yellow has little black specks in it. When I asked about it I was told it's been that way for a long time. Shouldn't somebody do something about this incase it's making some of your patrons sick?

Few months ago ate at this Arby’s, found a piece if plastic in my sandwich. Never got anything in return. Gave the Arby’s another try today, they forgot 2 items, couldn’t hear me at all at the menu. Very disappointed and likely won’t eat here again.

DO. NOT. EAT. HERE. There was visible GREEN mold on my sandwich and when I called the restaurant to get a refund, they hung up on me. I had to drive back to the restaurant to get my money back and they just offered me another sandwich. They had finally given me a refund after I had told them that it was disgusting to eat their food if I can see mold on it. Worst service and food I’ve ever seen, coming from a food service manager.

Arby's is my favorite fast food restaurant so I hate it when some crappy employees make me not want to come back. Tonight I ordered a French Dip meal among other things. They had me pull forward to a parking spot to wait. This definitely teenage guy brings out my food. I realize there isn't any au jus (juice for dipping that comes with a French dip sandwich) in the the bag so I call out to him before he gets too far away and I tell him. He gets really smiley as if he's about to laugh and tells me they are all out of the au jus and that he just forgot to tell me. I say ok and roll up my window with the feeling that he is lying to me but I obviously don't have any proof so I pull away out onto the road. He goes and sits on the curb outside the restaurant for a minute or two. I quickly decide to go back and ask for a discount because the lady who took my order and that kid who handled the transaction didn't make sure I knew about not having the au jus before I paid for it. If I paid for it, I should get it unless they tell me beforehand that it won't be included. I pull up to the drive though menu and when I barely say that I didn't get my au jus, the lady interrupts me and tells me to pull forward in a very annoyed tone. I pull forward and see through the window that they are starting to make some au jus. I was right. The stupid kid lied to me. He also sees me through the window and suddenly moves out of view until I leave. They rudely hand me the au jus and quickly close the window before I can say anything. Seemed to me that for some reason they were all ok with not giving me everything I paid for and then lying to me about it. This was the evening crew by the way. The opening crew seems much more professional. Also, about a month ago I pulled up to order and they told me they were all out of roast beef. Seriously? That's like Burger King being out of Burgers. That's more than half of what you sell. Maybe they were lying then too.

I stopped coming to this location a couple of years ago because it was just a terrible experience every single time. From fry oil saturated soggy mozz sticks to lazy dishonest employees saying they are out of food you already paid for becuase they don't want to make it, only to suddenly not be out anymore when you push the issue... you can see why I stopped going here. It's a shame because I love Arby's. It's probably my favorite drive-through fast food, which is probably why I decided to give it another try... After several tries over the last month, I can honestly say that this is still the worst Arby's location I have ever ordered food from. The mozzarella sticks are better now, and I haven't been lied to yet (I think), but they still give out old soggy fries, don't give you marinara sauce when you order mozzarella sticks, make you go park when no one else is in the drive thru line, and so on. However, the most annoying thing is that they seem completely unable to hire order takers who can speak English well enough to do the job. This is the United States. Most people speak English here. Especially here in Utah. Stop pretending like it makes any sense at all to put someone in charge of taking orders who can't understand what the majority of customers say to them. The sad part is that there always seems to be at least one person in there who can speak English, but instead of putting them in charge of the task that requires English language skills, they end up having the job of fixing all the problems that are caused by the non english speaking order takers not knowing English. This place was a disaster, still is a disaster, and doesn't appear to be about to stop being a disaster any time soon.

Mac and cheese was ice cold. Didn't add the bacon to my gyro that I paid for. Wife and kids say the bacon cheese burger suck.
But the mozzarella sticks where good.

Went in right at open. They informed me that they didn't have a cashier but had the door unlocked and no note on the door stating they didn't have an English speaker to take orders.

Order took time to get to us. Order was incomplete and the items they did give to us were wrong. It’s not that hard to make a burger and add the fries to the order. If you can’t handle making 4 sandwiches, then you probably shouldn’t be working at a place like that. Just saying. Also, why make me go park to wait for the order if I’m the only person in the drive through??? And no offense, I’m Mexican myself, don’t have someone who doesn’t understand English and can’t speak it well taking the orders at the drive through. Understanding through the speakers it’s hard itself, but add that factor and it’s terrible. Never going back, at least not to that location, honestly sucked.

The owner should stop responding to reviews like this with “sorry for your experience” and actually go and make sure the establishments aligns with the ideals of the company. Do better.

Updating: freaking chicken sandwich was raw! Never going back now.

Understaffed with only two guys working Saturday lunch hour. Only the drive through was open and they made everyone go and park. They brought us orders of two other people before giving us our order. Our order was totally wrong but we had been already waiting for so long that we were just done. And went home. We are never going back.

Went through the drive thru and told them that they had forgotten one of my sandwiches and I got told I was a liar and told to leave, went home and checked the receipt and he had rung me up for the wrong meal and wasn’t willing to make it right, what happen to the day that you just made things right with the customer?? It was 1 sandwich that costs Arby’s $1.50 to make. Like it was crazy he was gonna die on that hill and for what?

I took curly fries and nuggets. The oil used was not fresh and tasted different. Also, I had an uncomfortable stomach for about a day.

Extremely poor service. I have asked repeatedly for horsey sauce and never received it in the course of 5 years. I’ve continually requested it. Either they don’t have it or they don’t hire English speaking workers who understand what I’m saying. Neither me or my family members will ever return to this location. We will drive out of our way to find another Arby’s or just not go to any Arby’s location at all.
