So obsessed with this location!! I love Aubergine and everything on the menu so much. The best service ever everytime we come in, Jim goes out of his way to smile and welcome us!!! He makes our visit the best! 10/10!! We love Jim and love to come here for breakfast!!

I used to like this place a lot but this location is consistently out of the cheese bread and instead of telling you that upon ordering (even when you ask to check they have it), they wait until after to do so. Multiple times. In a week.

My husband and I absolutely love this place! The food is healthy and tasty. One of our favorite meals is the chicken caprese melt.
Additionally, since Karine started working here, we noticed a huge improvement in the service, which is now faster and better in all aspects.
We will definitely be coming back.

Update: I’ve come here with friends too and the service and food are always top notch. I wanted to especially thank Jean for his kindness and above and beyond customer service. I always feel very special when coming here. I highly recommend this store.

I ate at this location at about 2:00 and ordered the eggplant Parmesan. I figured this was a good choice considering the name of the restaurant. I guess I was expecting a breaded slice of eggplant with marinara and cheese but what I got was sauce and cheese with tiny squares of eggplant that were primarily the skin. It was obviously nuked in the microwave as there was sauce splattered all over the plate and it was pretty flavorless. The restaurant was clean and the food was prepared quickly but the quality was very sub-par.

I came into the restaurant at approximately 5:00 pm today. I had never been to Aubergine so I was unaware how to order. I had a friend who suggested the Coconut Curry so I opted to order that. As I was standing in line, there were three workers standing there laughing and conversing. I continued to stand there looking directly at them waiting for them to greet me. After a few minutes one of the girls said in a very rude tone “What do you need?” I told her “I would like to order”. At that point she told me I needed to order at the cashier. I felt as though I was interrupting their fun conversation and putting them out. I explained to her that I was unaware of that. I proceeded to the cashier and let her know what I had just experienced. The cashier was very kind and apologetic. She offered to give me a free treat but I declined. I was not looking for something free. I wanted to feel welcomed and greeted when I came into the restaurant. Instead, I got the opposite response. After I paid the cashier I walked over to the two girls that were still standing there. I kindly told them that it was really rude the way they treated me. I explained again that I have never been here and I didn’t appreciate the unwelcoming attitude they gave me. In the middle of me talking one of the girls just walked off. The other girl just said “okay” unapologetically. The cashier spoke to the manager and had her come talk to me. She was very kind and tried her best to talk me out of not writing the Google review. I asked for the three workers names so I could add that for management information. They declined to give that to me. That’s okay, I can understand privacy reasons but I would urge the owner or upper management to review the video of the incident. I would guess these workers do this often. The food was really good but unfortunately I will not be eating here again, nor recommending this place. Again, I would like to thank the cashier. She was very kind.

Oh I love this place so much! The food is delicious. One of the guys who works there is always so nice and friendly. You can tell that they are all working hard. I love that they provide high quality, healthy food. I love their breakfast options and also eating lunch and dinner there. They also have a great kids menu that is healthy but my kid will also eat! That is quite the feat! Highly recommend going here for any meal of the day. It’s awesome!

I have ordered from Aubergine Kitchen dozens of times. The food is always very good, and sometimes it's absolute perfection. I used to not really like sweet potatoes but I tried Aubergine Kitchen's and they got me hooked on it. I tried salad for the first time too, and they made an amazing meal. My go-to orders are the Coconut Curry, the Chicken Caprese Sandwich and I used to LOVE their Thai bowl when it was on the menu. The cashew cilantro jalapeño sauce is amazing. I am sad they stopped making chicken thighs, I strongly prefer them to chicken breasts, but I still love this place anyway.

The drinks are really good too, I've tried most of them and I liked them all. The nice cream and coconut whipped cream are delicious, but I get the feeling the nice cream is not great for my digestive system so I wouldn't have more than one serving in a day.

I wish there were more fruit bowl options sans bananas because the latest research shows you have better nutrient uptake from fruit if bananas aren't eaten with them.

Pro tip: You can buy $100 Aubergine Kitchen gift cards from Costco for $80. It's a great deal!

Awesome healthy selection with great variety of all sorts of clean food. Self serve sea salt grinder and olive oil along with substantial quality napkins and cardboard to go containers. Only suggestion I would add to this is have wood chopsticks... Although the silverware is compostable which was very commendable. Jim was my server and he was very pleasant to work with. I highly recommend this restaurant in particular.
