Not great customer service
Did an online order for pick up for a work meeting, everything was ready on time and labeled, it was also important to have some toppings on the side those instructions were followed carefully.

Horrible service, ordered online and came early to pick up my order. 30 mins later still waiting... 4 people came before us , got their order & left. Meanwhile, when we get our food we approach to speak to whoever is in charge and no one speaks English enough to understand what we are talking about. Manager rather tell me they are between shifts and can't make 2 sandwiches with a staff of 10 people. $47.55 is not worth the food or service.

Frustrated by tonight’s experience. I ordered the tri tip+mac and cheese plate and a salad for my boyfriend and I. I went 20 minutes home and realized the salad, tri tip, and broccoli are in the bag and they forgot the mac and cheese (the plate was divided into separate containers.)
I call the location and the worker says I left the mac and cheese on the table. This is not true. Another worker handed me my to go bag and I walked out with it. I would have had to take the mac and cheese out of the bag and leave it on the table for this to be true. I suspect they forgot to give it to me and the worker wanted to cover for themself.
I did not appreciate receiving the blame on this when it makes no sense, and would have appreciated a partial refund when I had even tipped on the order.

Aubergine is our very favorite restaurant. It’s such healthy food but it’s also delicious. You don’t leave feeling sick like you do at most restaurants. The service is great! Many of the employees don’t speak English so you just have to be patient and speak to the people that do know English. There a few must try items; Rio Bowl, Hot Steak or Chicken Melt, and of the course the cheese bread. Aubergine is a 10/10
