Ordered online.. showed up; Told them I was there and they said they were working on it. 20 minutes later and watching 5 people go completely through the drive through and never got my order. Horrible location!!!

We absolutely LOVE coffee from here and have been daily for years even thru the hard detours and construction. Its something special our dogs think is for them to get a dog treat! I know tons of people are the same with the morning routine with their pups. They have been out of treats for WEEKS and dont say theyre getting some. Other shops we go to always have the Dixie cup whip cream and bone and were being offered nothing. About to start driving further to a new one just for our dogs. Also the amount of times the speaker is out and they dont come out and get the order like other shops sucks. The lines just get longer and longer instead of 3 people in the window waiting

Employees on the morning of 11/22/24 had the worst service, took my order with a nasty attitude, after having me wait to take my order, then what it seemed to be a friend of there’s walks in to chit chat, doesn’t order till the end of there conversation, and still is prioritized to get her drink. Then we get the food we ordered just tossed at the counter like it’s an inconvenience to them.

Here at 540am 3/22/24 and lights are on but the door is locked and no one is answering drive thru save the hassle and go to the other location!!!! Worst location in

At 5:30 pm on a Wednesday the ladies working told me they ran out of the made house coffee and they didn’t want to make anymore since it would require them to make a full pot of coffee. Since I wasn’t ordering a full pot of coffee, the coffee shop didn’t want to make any.

Super clean store front and awesomely friendly service. Drinks are great, coffee was perfect, and the energy drinks pack a punch.
