Love the crew at this location. They are the best. Don’t let the construction deter you, it is totally worth it.

I enjoy a hot Mr. B's. They are always fast and friendly. What you get for a size small coffee beats Starbucks any day.

Employees on the morning of 11/22/24 had the worst service, took my order with a nasty attitude, after having me wait to take my order, then what it seemed to be a friend of there’s walks in to chit chat, doesn’t order till the end of there conversation, and still is prioritized to get her drink. Then we get the food we ordered just tossed at the counter like it’s an inconvenience to them.

Here at 540am 3/22/24 and lights are on but the door is locked and no one is answering drive thru save the hassle and go to the other location!!!! Worst location in

At 5:30 pm on a Wednesday the ladies working told me they ran out of the made house coffee and they didn’t want to make anymore since it would require them to make a full pot of coffee. Since I wasn’t ordering a full pot of coffee, the coffee shop didn’t want to make any.

Spent $13 just to have the cup break on the side before I even got to the person receiving it! This is my second time at this location with the same thing happening.Bluffdale location by redwood is the best of the best!

Went to the drive through to get a hot chai, was handed a cold drink. When told I asked for a hot chai the girl said “I asked if you wanted it iced” which she did not and I had also said HOT at the beginning of my order. She then proceeded to get upset and had another guy (glasses with curly dark hair) hand me the new drink I had actually asked for. He asked “is there anything else I can do for you” I asked if there was a price difference on the hot or iced because I paid before I got handed the drink. He said “yes and obviously as you can that one is hot” in an extremely rude Nd condescending tone. Will not be coming back to this location. Extremely rude employees and horrible customer service. The situation could have just been “oh I’m sorry I thought you said iced not hot” instead they treated me as if I did something wrong by asking for the drink I had actually ordered. What a joke of employees who worked this morning. 11/27/23

Was just in today. Saw some Angela chick make her employees cry. Not a fan of that treatment of employees.
