The people that work here are very nice and the coffee is very good. The speaker outside for the drive-through is terrible. It sounds like they are speaking another language and they are way slow at the drive up window. Sometimes I've waited over 20 minutes for just three cars to go to go ahead of me.

At 5:30 pm on a Wednesday the ladies working told me they ran out of the made house coffee and they didn’t want to make anymore since it would require them to make a full pot of coffee. Since I wasn’t ordering a full pot of coffee, the coffee shop didn’t want to make any.

Spent $13 just to have the cup break on the side before I even got to the person receiving it! This is my second time at this location with the same thing happening.Bluffdale location by redwood is the best of the best!

Went to the drive through to get a hot chai, was handed a cold drink. When told I asked for a hot chai the girl said “I asked if you wanted it iced” which she did not and I had also said HOT at the beginning of my order. She then proceeded to get upset and had another guy (glasses with curly dark hair) hand me the new drink I had actually asked for. He asked “is there anything else I can do for you” I asked if there was a price difference on the hot or iced because I paid before I got handed the drink. He said “yes and obviously as you can that one is hot” in an extremely rude Nd condescending tone. Will not be coming back to this location. Extremely rude employees and horrible customer service. The situation could have just been “oh I’m sorry I thought you said iced not hot” instead they treated me as if I did something wrong by asking for the drink I had actually ordered. What a joke of employees who worked this morning. 11/27/23

The baristas in this store MAKE this place great! Mike, Brian, and Ness just to name a few! They are all fantastic and so bright and energetic :) Besides the coffee they ALL make my day! This entire staff deserves a raise! This is my favorite Beans and I will always come back here!
The service was horrible. I ordered two large monkey milks and was served what tasted like milk and coffee beans. Waste of money do not go to this location.

Tyson is the absolute best! When I pull up to the drive thru and hear him it makes my day better! Who needs them coffee after interacting with Tyson. I come get pretty often and when anyone else is at the ordering booth it's just not as good as when Tyson is there. He's fabulous!!!!
