Used to love this place the last few times have been overpriced and the quality has gone down. Last time I went ai ordered chai tea with soy I paid and waited about 5 min they came back and let me know they do not have any dairy free chai mix offered normal dairy chai I explained I cannot have dairy she just stared at me and said that all they have. I asked if I could then change my drink she agreed then said she needs to check the price difference there was not one but I thought I was terrible customer service to have me pay more because they didn’t have the product I wanted after I already paid. Anyways asked again for soy milk in the coffee I ordered it was bitter not a good drink. Within 30 min I was so sick they did not give me soy milk it was dairy milk.

This is my first time to ever try Beans and Brews. I live in Iowa and love great coffee. I walked in and the place was super busy. I stood at the counter for 5 mins or so. The two young ladies were running around doing the best they could. They both apologized for my wait. I overheard one of them saying their 8am employee was a no show. One of the young ladies came over to take my order. She apologized several times. She took her time to help me decide what I should order being my first time. I had an event to get to and she made my coffee super quick. The taste is amazing! I’m super proud of these two young kids for showing up and working their tails off. I will return to Beans And Brews the next time I’m in town.
Nice quick quite low key coffee shop. With a few booths few leather seats few tables. Good coffee ☕️ good service. Prices not cheap.

Kid-friendliness: Um it's a coffee shop. Not much for kids. But I'm sure they can get something while you get your coffee fix.
Wheelchair accessibility: Looks like they have have a ramp. And door looks big enough to get in . Plenty of floor space. Concrete smooth floors.
