I've gotten coffee from here for about a year now a few times a week. They were always kind and welcoming every morning. Recent staff hired audibly sound and speak to you exhausted, annoyed, and rushing you to order. I even sat at the menu for a solid 3-4 min with out anyone answering or realizing I was there until I spoke. And any changes like extra syrups or substitutions are always seemed to be met with surprise or annoyance. There coffee is good but I much prefer how they made it during the winter specials.

The sign and online says they're open at 6 a.m. I got there at 6:05 waited for several minutes I can see the people inside yet they ignored me. That's not a very good way to run a business

I stopped in at this Beans this morning and the girls here were great. I felt really bad though because Rylynn took my money at the window and the sun was blaring in her face and it was pretty hot and she has no awning over the window to give her shade when taking my payment and handing me my drink. I really think as a company they should put protection over that window for their employees. She was still a great sport and gave me the best customer service anyway despite the sun & heat in her face. So kuddos to Rylynn for great attitude and bring so kind!
