Came in and grabbed a Honeydew milk tea. The service was prompt and the server was friendly! (I think her name was Heather?) The tea was also very refreshing!

I love the Purple Galaxy! I have tried a couple others and they're good too, but the Purple Galaxy is the best. Service is very good - very friendly people. This is my 3rd visit today. One disappointment is that 2 out of the 3 visits they haven't had tapioca boba. Once because they ran out, and today because it was still baking. I prefer the tapioca, but the crystal boba is decent enough. I figure once is an anomaly - things happen, I get it, but 2 out of 3 makes it seem like maybe it's a consistent problem? Maybe I just need to time it better... I've tried several other boba places and this one is my first choice, so I'll keep going.
Delicious. Taste was 10/10, the balls were a little soft but that's okay. Customer service was great as well. My wife and I got the Taro with reg balls

Any other time they had great costumer service but today the lady behind the counter took personally issues and refused to let us order. When we called to speak with the manager she hung up.

TIPPINGS IS SUPPOSED TO BE HAPPEND AT THE END OF A RESTAURANT WAITER'S "Service" AND NOT AT THE BEGINNING FOR JUST PASSING A DRINK. SAD.., AT THIS PLACE THEY RETALIATE YOU BY HAVING YOU WAIT FOR THE LONGEST TIME POSSIBLE IF YOU DON'T TIP THEM. IT REALLY REALLY BOTHERS A LOT OF PEOPLE.
