I order burger and frise and onion rings and they give me a cold frisé cold onion rings why it’s not hot are you kidding me you guys serving food like this then i don’t come again?

The restaurant was filthy. Every table was disgusting and there was ketchup spilled all over the drink station. Plus, my burger and fries were served cold and tasted horrible so I had to throw most of it away. The workers couldn't understand a word I said (I speak English, btw). I AM NEVER GOING BACK.

The employees had a hard time speaking English and the food was ok but my boys had to have separate meals because their system crashed and while 2 of my boys had finished their meal I was still waiting to order a whopper for my third boy I was standing there for 15th minutes not knowing what was going on and with the whole not knowing what to do. It was supposed to be a showboat before school starts again get together, it ended up being a jalapeño nightmare for one of my autistic kids who can't take spicy food, a burger not a whopper for another of my autistic boy and my adhd boy fell asleep because it took so long for him to get a whopper while he watched the others eating... the soda machine was out of everything the ketchup dispenser was empty and they gave us 4 envelopes of ketchup to make up for that which was embarrassing to ask for more, it was kinda very lame for them they were so excited to go there to realize it was such a bad experience they want to go to mc Donald's next which would've been easier since the bangerter highway made us drive a city away as a detour to get to the burger king... the place was empty now I know why

Drink was wrong, sandwich was wrong. Didn't check until I got home. Just wanted a whopper. Ended up with bacon, cheese, double patty,
I order on average 3 times a week. Same order. #1 LG. Mello yellow, no ice. Pretty easy.

Horrible customer service. I felt like I was talking to myself with no response in the drive through. Then I pull up to the window and asked for another water and got no response. Horrible horrible customer service. Lady had black and pink hair.

Food was decent, just like you would expect at a Burger King. But they can’t get an order right to save their lives! Two times I’ve ordered a cookie with my meal and paid for said cookie to get home and find…NO COOKIE!?

the play area is freezing! we ask the staff to turn on the heat and they said they couldn’t i ask for a manager and they said she left

I would suggest getting the chicken fries with ranch.
Periodically, they will have pretty good limited-time-only Whoppers.
If they ever bring it back, try the Maple Bourbon Bacon Whopper.
