Dirty place in general. Tables dirty. Seating uncomfortable. Floors dirty. Don’t look into the containers with the utensils.

I asked the store manager if there was any paprika in the brisket and she said she had no way of knowing. I explained I have an allergy to peppers & she pointed to a small sign that referenced cross contamination & shrugged. There is a big difference between cross contamination and ingredients. Your store manager should be trained in allergies AND know how to look up ingredients in the food & communicate it to the public. This should be the standard not the exception. I was so disappointed in her ambivalence, as if it was my fault for having allergies. Needless to say we won't be back

If you’d like to get the wrong order every time and then go back to have them remake it with the crunchiest undercooked rice you’ll ever have this is the place for you.

Let me specify, the food here is great. I never have had issues with the food however the service needs help and has needed it for the last little bit. The front of the food line does great getting out salads and sandwiches but everything gets stuck around the soup part of the line. Which causes things to back up severely at check out because the poor cashier is running back and forth from the soup station, trying to put food together, causing things to back severely up and not at fault of her own. She’s doing fantastic and working hard, but those around her will not help out especially when she is working her butt off. There were so many people working tonight and the poor cashier was running back and forth trying to keep the line moving while I actively heard one of the workers (a guy with a braid) say that that he won’t touch something because it isn’t his station, and he was just standing there. The end of the line needs help. And not from the lack of the effort by tonight’s cashier, but from the lack of effort from those around her.

For the price I paid ( $19)for strawberry Dino chocolate, there should be a lot more strawberries and chocolate sauces. I feel it was a rip off.

I want to start by saying we are Zupas fans at our home. I was less than satisfied with our most recent experience though. We placed an order on the app and arrived when our order was supposed to be ready. We waited 45 minutes for the order. We had hungry kids that we needed to feed and in the meantime I ended up finding a different meal for my youngest. I understand that things happen and often times it may be understaffed but if this is the case it should have been reflected when I placed the order. I would not have ordered had I known how long it would take.

Sergio’s customer service was terrible. You’re supposed to be the hospitality manager. We had a free meal and he said I had already been redeemed, but our birthday was yesterday and we have not been to Zupas. He was not helpful at all and was very rude. I have had multiple issues with customer service at the zoo is location and will not be returning due to in increasing prices and terrible service.

I just picked up a to go order, it was the Mediterranean bowl with wild rice. I mixed it up and took a bite, and the rice is raw. I bit down and it hurt. I either have to be careful chewing or waste it and throw it away. Very frustrating.

Worst experience ever with this place. Ordered a salad watch employees place cups of hot soup from someone else order on top of my salad. Salads are suppose to be cold. But I could be wrong and then by the time I got the rest of my order the food that was supposed to be hot was cold. So what a joke. Will not come back to this place. Don’t waste your time or money

Witnessed an aggressive and verbally abusive man treat the staff and one of the managers very unfairly. It seemed like a busy night. After seeing that, I wanted to share that although it was a busy night. we enjoyed the service and the food that we got. I’ve been to this store many times and I’ve never had an issue.

Sergio the manager there might have the worst service ever. He treats his customers poorly and I have no clue how he is the manager there. The food was awful and he wanted to charge to remake it. If there was zero stars I would give this location and manager. There was a hair in my bowl of soup and he didn’t want to give me a refund.
