Sergio’s customer service was terrible. You’re supposed to be the hospitality manager. We had a free meal and he said I had already been redeemed, but our birthday was yesterday and we have not been to Zupas. He was not helpful at all and was very rude. I have had multiple issues with customer service at the zoo is location and will not be returning due to in increasing prices and terrible service.

I just picked up a to go order, it was the Mediterranean bowl with wild rice. I mixed it up and took a bite, and the rice is raw. I bit down and it hurt. I either have to be careful chewing or waste it and throw it away. Very frustrating.

Worst experience ever with this place. Ordered a salad watch employees place cups of hot soup from someone else order on top of my salad. Salads are suppose to be cold. But I could be wrong and then by the time I got the rest of my order the food that was supposed to be hot was cold. So what a joke. Will not come back to this place. Don’t waste your time or money

Witnessed an aggressive and verbally abusive man treat the staff and one of the managers very unfairly. It seemed like a busy night. After seeing that, I wanted to share that although it was a busy night. we enjoyed the service and the food that we got. I’ve been to this store many times and I’ve never had an issue.

Sergio the manager there might have the worst service ever. He treats his customers poorly and I have no clue how he is the manager there. The food was awful and he wanted to charge to remake it. If there was zero stars I would give this location and manager. There was a hair in my bowl of soup and he didn’t want to give me a refund.

My wife and I just moved from Cincinnati, OH to our new home in Riverton/Herriman, and we made the BEST discovery ever with Zupas Cafe Riverton! The staff was very friendly, the atmosphere was clean, the food was prepared in 0 time at all and was healthy, delicious, and absolutely fairly priced! We sampled Lobster Bisque and Tomato Basil soups, and they were EXQUISITE. We had such a great lunch experience that we decided to immediately leave a 5 star review and become rewards members :)

I love Cafe Zupas and I never get bored or tired of the food! My main suggestion for improvement is to do something about the wait. It makes no difference if you are dining in or wanting to grab and go, the waiting is too long for comfort and I noticed that it still happens when the establishment isn’t even busy. However, the food is good, the restaurant remains sufficiently clean and the staff is kind. If you have time to kill, I definitely will go order something from here!

Our oldest daughter loves this place. Every time we drive by it she wants to stop by and grab some chocolate covered strawberries and an order of Tomato Basil Soup and Chicken Strips.

This location used to be good with online orders, but not anymore. I gave them 2 chances they failed both time. On Monday at 1pm I placed an order with soup and salad, and when I walked in with my order is ready text, I couldn’t find my food on the table. So I thought might be just packaging and will be out soon. After waiting for 15 mins, an employee finally noticed me and asked my name for the order, haha it took by another customer. So I was in there waiting for decent 10 mins for my order to cook and be redone. What’s even more ridiculous is on Wednesday I tried to give them another chance, order a Dubai brownie cup, yes I just one item, took them 43 mins to prepare. I guess they have to bake the brownie and pick the strawberries from the garden. Attached my pics for the times, insane.

This Zupas definitely needs additional training. I see kids just standing there while others are running around with their heads cut off. I have waited soooooo long in several occasions. There doesn’t seem to be much of a system in place. Never have I seen anything like this. I see I’m not the only one who sees this….terrible
